Fun bar with nice staff. If you want your star moment on the karaoke stage, late on a Friday or Saturday night is not a good time for that. It's packed at that time and it is a younger crowd. There's kind of a stage but really you can sing from anywhere in the bar so it's more about picking a song everyone can sing along too. There's other karaoke bars in Reno that offer a more traditional experience. Or just go at literally any other time than late Friday or Saturday and you'll have a chill experience. I always have a good time when I'm there.

Staff is still disrespectful; take the chip off your shoulder and treat customers well and maybe you'd make a tip or two to help with the terrible attitudes that y'all have. I avoid this place like the plague. But it makes sense that it's the underage bar that accepts and serves minors booze.

Santa crawlI don't know what is wrong with some of these reviews this is a fantastic bar the bartenders are incredible the older gentlemen was quick and sweet and the bouncers where firm but bubbly which is understandable these guys have to handle really annoying drunks and cranky Karen's who just want to sing but doesn't realize there are like 400 people thier even if 1/4 want to sing that's a 4 and a half hour late but I really enjoyed the tall blonde man at the back he was a gentleman very sweet he caught me trying to sneak out a drink but instead of being rude he just explained it to me I came back after visiting tonic and I will say that this bar is 100x better but I digress there was an instance where this guy was trying to get into the ladys room and one of the bartenders stopped him but he picked a fight with him then out of nowhere my tally came and lifted him up by his arms and got him outta thier i felt so safe here but i did try to stay after closing but the dj just had my tally tell me to leave which he did apologize and then allowed me to finish my drink and use the ladies room I will be definitely recommending this bars to my sorority sisters

Steve is a problem. It was my first time here and was recommended by family. I had a great time here and would recommend but the DJ is terrible. If you want to sing karaoke I'd recommend the Library. The bartenders are on top of their game, even when busy I was served in about 3 minutes. Would rate 5 stars but DJ ruined it

Its the kinda bar you gotta bribe to get a song up at. Also, no stage just singing at the bar which is meh.

I went as my solo traveler self and watched everyone in action like I always do. Songs were raunchy choices no one else nor I seemed to care. Vibe seemed like the locals and bartenders were the life of the party. Everyone else was low prioritized .The issue is the sound and the snobiness of the bartenders. There were two mics -one you barely heard anyone sing on, and the other one was way too loud. When It was my turn I made sure to ask for the loud mic anyway because at least you can hear and gave enough tip that I really didn’t think asking for the better mic would be a problem. But when I asked the bartender he denied me that opportunity. He said no “the one I had was the loud one” even though someone had just stopped singing on the very mic I wanted and he didn’t want to give it to me . Weird. The guy singing didn’t even try to hand it over either even though I was clearly asking for it and it was my turn. well on my turn you could barely hear anything as I anticipated would happen and I just wanted to walk away in the middle of the song. Nonetheless I pulled through the weirdness and on the next turn he gave the good mic to a local and low and behold it was loud again. No one claps unless you’re a local and I’ve never been in an environment like that where everyone was actually pretty rude . If you’re not a local not one person claps or cheers which I’ve never encountered at a karaoke bar. My seat at the bar had a sticky mess the bartenders didn’t even want to clean and didn’t. I didn’t complain but I felt so out of place unfortunately. I wouldn’t want anyone to be made feel like they aren’t wanted but that’s exactly how I felt for the first time in my years of solo travel. I def do not recommend.

Worst service ever, they even allow underage drinking here, roaches in the bathroom, rude bar tenders that’s ultra sensitive can’t learn how to talk right and likes to gang up on female to feel like they did something, bunch of uneducated waste of society, I hope y’all get shut down cause Reno is even trashier with y’all having this trash bar it’s a joke. Thank you never again
