10/7/2023 they screwed us over with our Pepsi is supposed to be regular Pepsi not Diet Pepsi she probably did that on purpose whoever took my order tonight and they're supposed to be no ice and still gives us ice anyways even though you still try to tell them they won't listen but I would only come here again for last minute
Ordered online for in-store pickup, $10 for an 8 piece bucket!!! Sounds cool! Only, it's not that great of a deal when you only get 7 pieces!!! 3 thighs + 4 drums = shorted!We didn't get the sauces I added to my 10 piece strips order either, but of course, you don't get to check your tightly sealed bag until you get home! Bummer, because it's always been OK here compared to Popeye's. Now I know I'd better check the bucket before I leave...

Did a mobile order at this location tonight and was so impressed with the customer service. They double checked my order before we left to make sure everything was there. Will definitely be going to this location again rather than the Los Altos location who has horrible customer service. The employee was so nice and friendly. Food was good too!
