Food came fresh, employees were funny and good at their job. Seemed they actually liked working. If pretzels were the slightest bit over done they had to discard the entire batch which was sad to see in my opinion. Line was mad long but it went fast.
I shared salted and cinnamon sugar pretzels with dipping sauces. The pretzels were very good and fresh,, but the cheese sauce not being hot was off putting, and I ended up throwing it away because it made the pretzel cold. However, they were busy but the line moved quickly without issue.

Super quick service! I got the big sized pretzel. The pretzels came out quite warm and seemed to be freshly made. Some people said they had to wait for their food to be made, but it was well stocked when I came. Pretzels had the right amount of salt so it wasn’t overwhelming. For my first time here I’m pleased. I have a small complaint which is that you are forced to tip the cashier. They should not force tipping on you especially for cashiers.
