I really love this place. I haven't had such good ramen since being in Asia. I can't wait to come back. You should also try the sparkling pear fruit wine. It was amazing with the spice miso.
Fujiya *never* disappoints! I highly recommend the pork buns and tan tan men (with an egg of course). Friendly staff, easy to find location with plenty of parking either on the street or in the lot.

Prior to this pandemic, I visited Fujiya Ramen after grocery shopping in Albany. It was a struggle to find parking but after squeezing into a spot, I was super excited to get a bowl of ramen since I don't have it in Cobleskill. The restaurant is very small, dark, and intimate- there was a bit of sunshine peeking in but overall it felt a little lonely. The waiter however was extremely kind and I felt very welcomed!
