I’ve ordered twice recently and it’s been hot, fresh and delicious both times. The naan, samosas, and chicken tiki masala are incredibly good, great balance of spices & the portion sizes are large. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
My wife and I were visiting Albany for two days. We were tired from driving the first night so we just wanted takeout to bring back to the hotel. Jewel of India came to our rescue. It was a very short walk. The food was as good or better than Indian food you will get elsewhere. Some people have commented that the appearance of the restaurant put them off a bit but I would not worry at all about that. Do yourself a favor and patronize this restaurant if you are in the area.
