Amazing service from a young man working 3/11/24 around 5 pm!!! I explained to him that I’m not from NY and I boarded a plane that morning. I went to MCO Starbucks, not a good experience, I waited 40 minutes for my drink and if I waited any longer I would have missed my flight. Without even letting me finish he reimbursed me and understood very well my struggle, he really helped me out. This Starbucks is centrally located within Crossgates Mall (sorry, no drive-up possible here). Service is consistently friendly and efficient, whether you order in line or through the app. The app option is especially convenient if you want to take your time and customize your drink, or if you are ordering several drinks and don't want to feel like you're holding up the line.Dietary restrictions: Options for dairy-free milks.

I got a drink here earlier in the day and it wasn't super busy. I got my drink fairly quickly, however usually what makes or breaks my experience is the customer service. There were 3 people working being the bar standing in a circle just talking to each other and didn't acknowledge any customer. When I finally got my drink, the person who made it barely said my name, dropped my drink and walked away.
