Auntie you glad I decided to review this? This is the second of two locations inside the Boulevard Mall, which has one towards one end and one way out at the other end by the food court. What is a pretty good standard of pretty good chewy hot pretzel - or sometimes lukewarm pretzel if you're not so lucky - is no longer something I appreciate like I used to. And the lemonade used to be really good in my opinion but now with my taste adapted little bit more, I find it tastes too much of chemicals and sugar and it's a little too sweet for my taste, but if you love lemonade you might like it. The product is definitely pretty good and I like it, and I'm just amazed that one little Mall can support both of these locations and it's not even the Galleria. But if you want a truly magical pretzel, try the one at Miller's Twist at Philly's Reading Terminal Market.

(Talking about the Blvd mall one near Friday's only) I'm sorry but if you go during the day usually they are pretty fresh and I like them that way. Unfortunately with my last two times I went there was about 7:15 PM And even though they were still open for two more hours The employees were all cleaned up just waiting to leave, and you could tell the pretzels were the last batch of the day because they had been sitting there probably for two hours With no plans on making more. I usually get the managers special Where you buy three and get one free, so I did and when I got home I realized they were not even edible. They were so hard and burnt That we threw them out along with our $14 that we spent on them. Once a week I will stop there because I coach softball I can't get there till later, but there's no point in getting them after 6 PM because they don't make fresh ones and they sit there just trying to sell the ones they made hours earlier. If you're not making fresh pretzels, then don't stay open. This is two times now I've come in at night and gotten old stale pretzels. I lost the receipt so I couldn't go on and do the survey they always ask me to do, which they're lucky I didn't do. Not good business. It's like a pizza place that sells slices trying to get rid of their lunch pizzas at 4 PM after sitting in a hot window for four hours, and still charging full price

This pretzel we just bought must be DAYS old. The first bite loosened my upper denture and after looking closer some pieces of salt are brown.

They make some really good pretzels but at a hefty price. The sauces you can get with the pretzels are great.
