For the past few months, every time I use rapid pick up, my order is delayed at least 15 minutes. I placed an order this morning at 7:25 for a 7:55 pickup and it wasn't ready until 8:17. In addition, the sandwich I got was very messy and falling off the bread. It was difficult to eat.
Food is fine but orders are almost always 10+ minutes late. The kitchen always seems to be operating frantically like they are on an episode of the Bear. Likely understaffed and/or poor back of house
