I recently visited Red Lobster on Maple Road and unfortunately, it was a dismal experience from start to finish. The moment we stepped in, the state of the carpets was appalling – dirty and emitting a foul odor. The washroom wasn't any better, giving off a neglected vibe.The food, supposed to be the highlight, fell short of expectations. Not enough staff for the amount of customers. Not visible bus staff and tables were crowded with dirty plates, glasses and clutter. It waiter was excellent and maid the experience much better than it was.

Went to Red Lobster on Maple Rd today for lunch, great experience i must say! I ordered endless shrimp and ate all that I could, skewered, Walt's favorite, coconut, scampi and alfredo. All were hot and made to order. Service was spot on and the waitress brought extra drinks out even before needed. Biscuits were hot and delicious. I recommend highly
