I’m forgoing the “take a night to sleep on it” for internet reviews: I thoroughly enjoy this Starbucks and the baristas and servers. However, I was surprised after ordering food/drinks at 9:40am and showing up at 10am (for a 9:59 projected finish) that my food/drinks were taken by someone else. After waiting an additional 15 minutes and getting the order started (not leaving until 10:30) I wasn’t even apologized for the situation. Customer service is #1 and I’m surprised...read full review

Just got a (seasonal) grande Mocha Peppermint Latte which I'd always recommend, as well as I'd recommend the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Latte. (For anyone who's never been to Starbuck's before, the sizes are tall, grande, and venti, in that order, from smallest to largest.) The prices are fairly high, but I've never had a drink from there that wasn't great. Oh, and do watch out for the snowman cookies which are way, W̤̮ A̤̮ Y̤̮ too amazing (and addictive?).
