I had the shakshuka with mini Meatballs ($15 altogether, with the $4 upcharge) that had a really flavorful tomato sauce. It came with these buttery Flatbread that were SO good - so buttery and a nice texture that we used to dip with the tomato sauce. My main complaint was that the Meatballs were overcooked so it was dry to eat. I'd come back though to try the other dishes.

peep the steam, served hot off the stove, excellent solo lunch vibes, eggs were perfectly poached and protein packed, came w three warm pitas, would come back to try their other stuff

Merzouka is a neighborhood cafe serving Moroccan dishes in a casual, rustic setting. From the breakfast menu, the Shakshuka was a tomato stew made with chili peppers, onions, and three poached eggs, served with grilled pita bread on the side.
