Some people there are very nice and professional especially during the day/afternoon, but overall the wait is long 30 minutes to over an hour, and several of the wait staff have been very rude and unprofessional. There has been theft of orders here, and the management does not make it right by remaking the orders. I often see people standing around. This tace bell is the worst one for 100 + miles. I ordered online and paid for extra sides do you think they put them in? Nope. On the side? Nope. Missing both my drinks. Got a crunchwrap I NEVER ordered but it's BURNT, Like why is so hard TO READ the order and put it together? This place is absurd. I should have went to Mesa grande.

Food was good at this location in Auburn NY. But why don't they put the boxes in bags at the drive thru window? They easily open up and when we asked the employee for bags, they respond with they don't have bags. This has happened 3 times at this location.
