The atmosphere is a bit outdated but every corner is clean. This is a great local spot to stop for a hearty meal or light snack while you plan your busy day visiting the rich history of Avon or choosing your one of many local nature attractions. Try to make at the Avon Historian next door to the left. Everytime I visit I enjoy myself and learn a little more from the very engaging Historian!Kid-friendliness: Great family atmosphere for all ages!”

“My husband and I happened upon a small bag of Jamaican Me Happy at a winery during a visit to NY- it was love at first cup…first sniff, really haha. “Great old style hamburger joint. Full of color and positive energy. Food menu was full of choices to satisfy every tastebud. The original and walhburger are still my favorites. Before you go make sure to check out the great coupon offers (simple Google search) you will happy at what you find. The meat sauce has its own special taste, not too hot and not too sweet, just the perfect blend of flavor to add to your burger or dip your fries into.”

Seeing Boershead in the case is always a good sign. The staff really cares about serving food that you love. We’ll go again, often.”

“We stopped at Puppy’s on our way through town because we thought they might be dog-friendly— we were right. It may not be an official policy, but the staff was very accommodating getting us set up outside with our pup. Great food, better people. So glad we visited!”

“Was in the area for the first time and looked up nearby breweries. My husband and I each tried a flight and there wasn’t a single beer we didn’t like from IPA, Sour, and a dark beer. Tried the nachos which were great. The brewery itself has a small upper deck, a fantastic picnic table area that is shaded and tons of grassy area. Hoping to get back this way again in the summer and will definitely visit.”

Be aware of Carter, he’s really the owner! He might just make the best pizza but he’s covered by marks insurance plan. The ops won’t catch him… ?‍? ”

“Ordered sheet of pepperoni pizza for first time.. whoa it is pretty good price for a sheet! Compare to other pizza places, theyre pretty expensive like $30+ BUT not for Salvatore's! Reasonable & affordable price on sheet pizza! Theyre friendly over phone. Went to pick up there & staff is nice. Wait time is just right & it's not forever. The place is small, clean and simple. Just in time for FOOTBALL GAMES TODAY!! Pizza Party, thats whats up!! (Pizza looks really mad good, I took one slice & surprising good) One slice of pizza- not so much oil, right amount of cheese!! The fact that the owner basically runs the pizza shop by himself is impressive and has orders done in the time frame he states. Definitely will go here again. “I hung the drywall here when it was built. But it is a fair gas station convenient location off exit 9 on interstate 390. A great stop for gas, food, car wash, snacks, and more. It's a truck stop as well. There is a free park and ride parking lot located next to the north entrance and a towing company and garage located in the rear .”

“This McDonald's deserves 5 stars and nothing less. First, let's start with the cones. This cone was high as Mt. Everest and I'm happy to climb every step of the way. Second, they're the only place open past 10:00 in Avon. Rolling up to the window and hearing a warm welcome from the friendly staff was like hearing a voice from heaven. Highly recommend. 5/5”

“So this is the peanut butter and jelly burger. Lots of bacon, burger cooked to perfection. It's a unique flavor. Everybody should try one. I'm pretty sure you'll either love it or I hate it, I don't think there's any in between. If you're looking for a restaurant where the food is a little outside the norm, this is your place. First time there, great weight staff definitely plan on going back. Cozy and comfy and not rushed.”
