“AMAZING! We had a private party here and everything was perfect! Our guests have told us this was the best party and keep raving about everything! The food was delicious, as was the bourbon selection/drinks! The music they arranged for us was terrific! The service was top notch! The ENTIRE staff was so attentive, friendly and helpful! I could not have asked for a better evening for my husband's birthday. Chris was so helpful in arranging everything with me and had great ideas, as did the chef with the menu. Joe was fantastic in helping make sure the night was a hit. They even gave my husband a birthday gift, wow! I wish I knew everybody's name to mention them each individually because they were all so GREAT! We can't wait to go back for dinner and to try their other places. “While I was with my son and his wife, we decided to eat here, the service was good and the burgers were also good, my mom ordered an Argentinian steak (skirt) medium rare and it was overcooked plus the dish came out cold. The staff was very nice about it ,but now I know that the next time we come here, maybe we'll just stick to bar food. But overall it was a good time and we will return“
“Went here for the first time with friends and it was really enjoyable. The service as we got in was exceptional. The DJ was awesome and played every type of music. My sister and husband enjoyed the Hookah’s and we danced till 2:30 in the morning. I have not had that much fun in a while. Already planning our next visit with other family. It was real classy.“

I went once and they didn't have coffee and waitress sent her parent to supermarket to get met parents and I was impressed was earlier in the day. “Came in for an open jam session, first time here. Haven’t been here in years. This place has changed so much for the better! Comfortable, almost homey vibe. Great fresh tasting food, and drinks. Amazing service as well. We were always checked on by staff. They have a cocktail menu too. Just wish they had a larger variety of wine, but spoke with maybe the manager/owner and he said he will be adding that as he is finishing renovations. Will definitely be back!“

“Farrells, West islip03/13/24Found myself meeting someone at Farrells, in West Islip, this evening..They called and canceled while I was waiting for them to show up, so I ate alone ?♂️I ordered the burger my usual medium rare, with cheddar, the bun toasted, and fries extra crispy..Holy Moly, was I surprised about how good this burger is.My surprise came from me never hearing from anyone that Farrells had a good burger!!! I think Gerry Ryan let me down on this one.??And, I asked for an Old Fashioned, and was told " "they dont make them"?Irish bar, so I'll cut them some slack?☘ Fair enough, I had a Harp, which I thoroughly enjoyed, cold, crisp, and freshThe burger came to me a near perfect medium rare. Kudos to the Chef!The taste of the meat hit all my tastebud cylinders.Salty, earthy, unctuous tastes, were all there.I'm not sure what Brand Angus they use, but it's a definite winner, in my mind.You could tell they "hand press" this hamburger, in house; just from seeing, and tasting the loose structure of the meat as it sat in the bun.Not Top 5, but definitely a "Top 10" on my Burger scale? “New to the area and stopped in for the first time yesterday. This place is fantastic. Friendly people, great drinks and pint. Nice short bar menu including the wings that were tremendous. Folks were waiting in anticipation for lunch specials and rightly so. All fresh and well prepared. Prime rib sandwich was great. Cash only, old school small Irish pub, GREAT bar food. Top notch place.“
