The textbook definition of a hidden gem. Easy to miss but thank God I stumbled upon the best egg tart of my life. The Macau style is different from what I've grown up with but is definitely worth a try and I try to treat myself once a week. I also enjoy their iced coffee and the cheesecake shaped like a cheese.

So I never noticed this little spot so close to home, but I was walking past one day to go to dinner, and when I saw this little cheesecake in the window, I was obsessed. While I've sampled many different items from this tiny dessert shop off Bell Blvd, all of which have been delicious, the real MVP is their famous egg tart. Seriously the best I have EVER had, it makes me wish they were open other days besides Friday through Sunday. Their egg tarts are so popular, they often sell out by the end of the day so be sure to get there early!
