“A very authentic Taiwanese place with the proper stinky tofu! The selection is very large, and everything we have tried in the three visits there was great: not a single disappointing dish thus far. The freshly made soy milk is especially great!“
“Food can be inconsistent by generally good. Parking can be an issue during busy hours. I would recommend the baked stuff.Parking: Street metered parking (as usual in NY, nothing is free). Limited space but the street is long and you can always go around the block and get lucky once you circle back.“
“Went with my family for the lunch special. The hot and soup hits the spot. The chicken with broccoli was good, the sesame chicken was good - not too doughy like some places and fried nicely, the beef with tofu was good too. Don't get the mapo tofu- way too flavorful and kinda gross drenched in sauce.“
“Ada cao nnnnnbbbbbbbbI had the most delicious dishes at this hot pot restaurant. Its unique taste and delicious texture are unforgettable. The environment in the store is also very good, and the service is attentive. It is very suitable for bringing family and friends to taste.“
“This used to be spice world and now the famed teddy bear hot pot.Limited soup broths for vegans or vegetarians. Only vegan option is mushroom soup baseThey charge $2.99 for salad appetizer bar but didn’t have much in there besides few cut fruits.Flavors were alright.Came for the teddy bear broth but not available for vegetarians“
“The texture is fresh and tender, the flavor is rich, and every bite is addictive. The service is also very attentive, the waiters are friendly and always smiling. The environment is also very good, clean and tidy, making people feel comfortable and relaxed while dining. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience and I would highly recommend it to my friends!“
“I came here last year and returned a couple of weeks ago. I had a fantastic experience both times! We didn't have a reservation so we had to wait for a bit, but despite being seated at a table away from the main area, the service was still very attentive and the food didn't take too long to come out.We got the pork soup dumplings, crab meat tofu stew, Yangzhou meatball, and nine-spice rabbit. Their soup dumplings are my favorite in Flushing now that the quality at other well-known restaurants has declined, with fairly thin skin and lots of soup. The other dish that surprised us in a good way was the rabbit, the flavor was subtle but very aromatic. We had wanted to try out their beggar's chicken but they told us they only make about a dozen a day and were sold out, so that's a perfect excuse for us to return soon!“
“Really large portions, great value. Dumplings are pretty big and meaty. Flavor of the dumplings is on the bland side, but they do have a lot of meat and are very traditional. Lots of protein in their noodle bowls, they really do not skimp. Great and filling meal for the price in a no frills dine in experience!“
“The original hotpot from Chongqing City in China!! Everything is fresh made and Mala soup is on fire!! If you can’t handle spicy please be careful cause the spicy here is not joke!! The service was phenomenal all the staff were so nice and friendly, my friends and I really enjoyed our dinner here. Recommended.“
“Great food! Freshly made every time! One thing that I see every time I order the ingredients like meat and sea food that goes in is getting lesser (amounts). I know everything is going up, but please don't change the amounts when you can raise the prices.“
