We stumbled on this place after a long drive in a snow storm. It's a tiny storefront that is currently just doing take-out with a very limited menu. I'm glad we found it. The man and woman who run the place (perhaps husband and wife?) are friendly and the place smells and feels just right. The dumplings are freshly made, very authentic, and delicious. What a fantastic lunch we enjoyed today at Beijing Dumpling. Delicious crispy bottom dumplings. Bold interesting flavors of dill and cumin. Sweet couple who appeared to be the husband and wife owners. And we had the place all to ourselves. If they had a bathroom I would try to give them six stars. But they don't and Yelp doesn't go up that high anyway. Oh well.
For the location, 5 stars for sure. Who knew there'd be such a delicious Chinese dumpling place here in Binghamton? The only downside I think is that they probably use some MSG in their food. So it's extra delicious but not ideal if you're sensitive to that additive.
