“This place almost gets a 5 star rating. The only thing that was holding it back it the sometimes stringy chicken that you occasionally get with Chinese. Thankfully, there were only a few pieces like that. I ordered the Orange chicken, which was crispy, and had plenty of sauce and a few broccoli pieces mixed in. Good hefty portions, too. “Great food and service. Much better than a few other local establishments. The ordering via phone was an easy process. The interior was bland for dining in, but got my meal to go. “I went here years ago and it was not good. I rediscovered them recently when we ordered delivery. The others one was on Pennsylvania Ave Binghamton. This was superior to that and I would recommend trying it again if you weren’t impressed before you will be now.“

“This place has pretty legitimate Chinese for this area. Some of the dishes can be pretty oily. The owner is nice and helpful. The food tastes good but I'd recommend trying to ask if they can use less oil in the foods if possible. You get a good portion size dish for the price you're paying.
