We always make a point of stopping here when traveling along I-81. Food and service is consistently fantastic, we’ve tried nearly everything on the menu at this point. You can tell a lot of thought went into ingredients and presentation: lettuce is crisp, sauces are homemade, etc… Highly recommend!

I wasn't sure about this place when I first heard of it because the main menu has a lot of "fast food" type dishes which isn't usually my thing, but I had a friend that raved about it and convinced me that it was worth it, so I tried it with her and another friend and actually really enjoyed it. I love PCV! The food is fresh and delicious—especially at their farm-to-table special dinners (reservations required), and the owners and staff are friendly and helpful. I love the space, with its original tin ceiling and tile floors, minimally and tastefully decorated.
