I've been doing the meal prep for a month now. I am very happy across the board.Portion sizeValueTaste and quality.I do 10 meals a week. I keep mostly refrigerated but occasionally will freeze a few to keep fresh longer. I definitely recommend trying for healthy eating and probable weight loss
I have ordered from here a few times and I was very very pleased with the food and the service. It was delivered from Morris Park to Pelham Bay and the people I spoke with when I was placed my order were very friendly. I will order from here again.
