Stopped in yesterday after a doctor's appointment and instantly regretted my decision. The staff are nice and my order was taken properly, however, when I went to sit down to eat, most spaces were occupied by people who just happened to be taking space (not eating). The one table that I did find (there aren't many) was filthy! I had to use my own wipes (thankfully, I carry my own) to clean the table, so that I could sit and eat. My Whopper Jr. was okay, seems incredibly smaller these days. The french fries were awful, absolutely no taste/flavor at all. I won't be returning.

False advertising they are never open at 7am on the weekdays the workers don't open until around 8:30am or 9am and the be in there only in the bronx and the food is always

worker really got offended when I asked him to wear gloves when handling my Food. said it’s against policy to wear gloves. So go here if you want dirty hands all over your food.

The service seems to have improved since the epidemic glad nobody is begging for money in front but speaking of BK my order was fast and warm I ordered multiple items and everything was in bag's and place was very clean my opinion but it's better with no seating now update: person cleaning up while people are eating is annoying gentleman really asked me to pick up my food so he could wipe the table umm what then actually came back and asked me to pick my feet up while he claimed the floor yea that isn't how it's done

A customers chicken fries were cold so the worker dropped the chicken fries in the oil with the chicken the customer took a bit of. Very disgusting.
I needed help because for T mobile Tuesday I was offered a free whopper unfortunately the code was “expired” even tho it was expired for May 9th (the following Tuesday) thankfully a worker named Brandi helped me out and gave me a free whopper with a purchase.

Made an order thru the Uber App at 8:00pm and my order was ready at 8:10pm a big group of kids come and other customers , everything was so unorganized and the employees were all lost my order was taking so long and the manager did all the other customers orders first than me at the end I got my order at 8:50pm I was standing in line even repeated the order 3x never going again unorganized and ghetto
