I live quite badly in Serca and I always buy pizza one day at the same time that they bring that pizza ? otherwise they last up to an hour for that. My God, what bad service and they send you a message saying that it will arrive soon and that soon takes more than one hour ??♀️??♀️

We ordered two pies with pepperoni and when we got them it was not what we expected. The pizza bread was very flat, no crust and it was brunt around the edges. The employees were simply rushing and kept saying yes to everything we said, however what we got simply shows that their service was terrible. $38 for this is not worth it.

Burnt pizza and even though you are paying extra for delivery you have to go down to the street to meet the delivery person. “Because of the Dominoes store management” I live in a building with a 24/7 Security/Doorman in a nice neighborhood. In my 42 years of ordering pizza from Domino’s Pizza In different cities I have never ran into a location this awful.

The past few times i have ordered from this pizza place it was good and the lava cakes are great but the one thing that is bad is the service they always say 20-30 minutes but end up comeing around 1 hour late I recommend ordering the food a good while before you get hungry so that it arrives at a good time overall 3.5

This place seems to be under new ownership/management. Even the workers are different now. This place used to be horrible in terms of service years ago before the pandemic. Like I have placed online orders before that never showed up (this happened twice) and then when I called, they just offer to refund my money. Meanwhile, I wasted over an hour waiting. More recently in at least the past year or so, the service has been on point. My pizza is only delayed when they are extremely busy. The workers are very friendly and would apologize for any wait. If my order is ready, they quickly check me out and I am on my way. Delivery orders are within the estimated time as well. No more orders that never show. They have my business. Kudos!

First time I ordered from here they screwed up the pizza and delivered the wrong drinks. They provided a free pizza to make up for it. So the second and last time I ordered from here the delivery guy refused to deliver it to the the apartment door. Now maybe in some buildings going upstairs is risky, but not here. Our doorman completed the delivery. Yes we have a doorman and still the delivery driver was worried he would get mugged in the building. Forgot whatever bargain you think you’re getting it’s not worth the trouble. There are so many good pizza places in the area, i just got caught up in some crazy coupon fever dream. Those dreams turned out to be nightmares. Order elsewhere.

even with a 20% tip Dominos will not deliver to your apartment. You have to come down to meet the driver. Absurd. Every single other delivery driver will deliver to your apartment. Thought i would try the thin crust pizza. It was literally disgusting. the taste was so processed. I always usually order from a small local pizza shop. I will never order dominos again... I learned my lesson to stick with local NY pizza shops.

I loved eating dominos pizza but lately my domino's pizza has become a nightmare. The taste and overall flavor is crap. This is my first review and probably my last but I had to give a review for I just purchased $$ worth of domino's pizza and I regret spending the money. I hope you read this dominos located on 3611 Kingsbridge Ave and fix the problem for there is a lot pizza competitors opening up around you.

I never thought I would leave a review for a Domino's location but I was really impressed today!!We placed an order online and it was ready on time but the service was what really stood out to me. When I came in, there were 2 guys working both super friendly and attentive. One of them was so excited to show me the tool he uses to cut the pizza and was telling me how he freshly washed it just for me and that it didn't touch any meat prior (it was a veggie pizza and I guess he could tell by my appearance that I wouldn't eat meat). He also showed me putting the toppings on the pizza and asked me before if the sauce they put on the crust is okay. The other guy working was also super nice and getting the other orders ready quick. Double thumbs up for this Domino's!!!!
