The food was fresh and piping hot when we received it, hige portions.Bread was delicious ?. Rest of staff was very nice. Happy hour drinks were $7. I belive its weekdays 4 to 7pm. I took full advantage. I definitely will be going back. Amazing spot.

The food was not well prepared at all the steak was tough the mash was bland the Mac and cheese wasn’t cheesy and was over cooked the chicken wings were over cooked. The best part was the salad the house dressing was terrible the garlic bread was the worse I ever had I will never order here againParking: There is none

The south bronx is booming, with new luxury high rise apartments popping up every week. Unfortunately, the restaurant scene is not keeping up.I popped into Francesco's as it was the closest thing to the kind of dining experience I was looking for; low key ambiance with hopefully 5 star food.Unfortunately, Francsco's underwhelmed from the time I sat down until I left.First of all, the restaurant was very warm for an August evening meal. The AC, I am told, is an antique and just can not cool the space.2nd, and this is just me, but the space is very noisy. Not loud, just noisy, like 4 people talking in the front of the restaurant sounds like a wild party. Some places like that vibe but I find the cacaphony of echoing sounds to be a bit jarring. The walls are simple brick without artwork. Perhaps some tapestries or photos, etc might offset that empty apartment feel. The drink menu is not extensive but I was informed people come to the spot just for the margaritas. My margarita was very strong but not very delicious; pre-mixed and missing that sweet and sour tang that is the hallmark of a great margarita. The menu is only accessible via a smart phone and this is de rigeur for many places now. The food options are typical for a steak and seafood joint and the prices are cheap by Manhattan standards but expensive for the neighborhood. I ordered the 20oz porterhouse ($57) and asked for it to be cooked Pittsburg rare. The shining light of this establishment is the waitstaff; fast and attentive but never badgering. While I waited for my steak, Francsco's provided a plate of warm bread, a wonderful amenity in this time of hyper inflation. Grateful, but worth noting the bread was Wonderbread white and toasted in a panini maker. I ate a piece but it wasnt yummy. My steak arrived and it was cold inside. Abandoning the idea of a Pittsburg rare, I asked for it to be redone as a medium. 7 minutes later it came back at an acceptable temperature. The porterhouse was a bit grisly. And for $54, not surprising.(20% gratuity included in final bill whether or not you liked the service.)So in conclusion, Francesco's has a lot of potential to dominate in a space where there is no other competition, namely, as an upper end food option in an otherwise low to mid-tier landscape.Fix the AC, serve consistenly delicious drinks and offer great food options and the new Bronx residents from the highrise next door will keep you rolling in the green.

They changed the name and did some interior renovations which is a lot better. The food is delicious and the passion fruit sangria was amazing. I definitely recommend for a first date or an anniversary date night.

I order the lamb chops with shrimp and steamed broccoli via Uber eats. Delicious to say the least. The lamb was cooked to the perfect temperature. I asked for medium well and that's exactly what I got. Very juicy and well seasoned. The shrimp was grilled to perfection. The broccoli was steamed well not mushy at all. The delivery was super fast. Would definitely dine in to enjoy a drink. The portion is a great size for the price.

I have to say that Don Pancho is like my Friday night dinners. My family and I are in love with Don Panchos season(sazón). I en ever been in person we always order on Uber eats . One day we need to go in person and enjoy the food seating down at the restaurant.

Wow! is all I can say. I ordered through Uber eats which can 80% be deceiving. But this restaurant here sent me exactly what I had an appetite for. I ordered the New York strip with mash and a side of sautéed Brussels sprouts and I am beyond impressed. Even the shrimps were fresh. Not frozen like most places. A lot of top notch steak houses can’t even come close to Don Pancho’s. Thank you guys. You won a new loyal customer. Can’t wait to dine at the actual restaurant.

Everything in this restaurant is bland, dry or like the pasta under cooked. The portions are very small for such a high price. I don't know who is in their kitchen but they all need to be fired. I've ordered from here numerous times, tried at least 8 different menu items and can whole heartedly say that I will never order here again!

Italian cucina ( ordered for pickup through Uber eats ) Pickup was timely. My food was ready and still very hot upon my arrival. Unpacking the food, it looked great but it was underwhelming. There was not enough red sauce with the chicken parmigiana so everything went dry. In fact, there wasn't even enough sauce to even coat the spaghetti so it all clumped together and got rubbery. It felt like they didn't have enough sauce but it was probably the last orders for the night so they didn't bother to make more. To their detriment because the food actually tasted well. I just couldn't finish it. I would be willing to give this restaurant another try.

Been here before. The vibe is nice. Expect to pay a little more here. The place was empty for a Sunday afternoon. My wife and I were the only ones there! The surrounding places were packed. I wanted brunch initially but it was impossible to find a seat at the place we originally wanted to go. We love this place too so we walked here. The service felt personal. It wasn't because there weren't any other people present though. ?! My food was very good! And my drink was tasty and strong. No issues here. For the cost conscious, the gratuity is the highest in the area and nothing is cheap here. A couple burgers and drinks will set you back about $80. The food is super yummy here though. Definitely worth it.
