The food always seems to be fresh and tasty to me. I never have any complaints regarding the food and the way they upkeep the restaurant. I see that the new changes they made about a year ago help the customer see everything they’re doing behind the counter which would seem like a plus to the customer. I’ve been working in the area recently so I’ve been here a few times, (4/5) today the gentleman behind the counter said “large iced coffee” before I could even order. That’s some great customer service, or I just got gay profiled. Either way I got my coffee so it’s a good day.

I love Dunkin' Donuts and I’m addicted to Ice coffee with cream. However I went there to buy 3 small frozen chocolate with wipe cream, a lady was making them and when I saw her bringing me the drinks, it was not what I was expecting. The drink looked nasty and didn’t have wipe cream so I told her “wipe cram please”, then she made a mess on one of the cups and was laughing about it. It was a horrible experience.
