I ordered breakfast from the drive through, the entire order came out wrong. I ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins 1 hash brown and 1 large iced coffee. I got 2 ham egg and cheese McMuffins a cold hash brown and a hot coffee. I did not have time to have the order fixed as I was in a hurry to get to work. Spoke to 2 different people while placing my order, so that might have been why my order was wrong.

This might be a long review so get ready. First, I want to say that this is NOT a fast food restaurant, this is a hangout spot for the drug addicts and definitely a hangout spot for all the high school students and Dominican teenagers in the area. I have NEVER seen anything like this before at this McDonald's. Monday thru Friday this is just that, a hangout spot for all the above mentioned and none of the managers do anything about it since it's their "people" and just recently, I witnessed first hand a drug addict high on his drugs acting "erratically" and the dark skin manager with the beard said he wasn't going to call the cops until a customer went to the front to complain about this dude and that her daughter was scared to eat her food because of this and he still wouldn't budge to calm the cops. Another woman ended up calling the police on her phone but I left before anything else escalated. I really hate coming here during school hours as this is constantly being occupied by these Dominican students and or Uber/Door dash drivers taking up space inside of the restaurant. On the weekends it's more quiet as the students are probably home doing chores for their irresponsible parents. On another note, all you see is these students doing Tik Tok videos inside, dancing and tworking trying to go viral and get famous which they NEVER will. Once I get McDonald's corporate email, I WILL report this McDonald's and a few of my friends will file the complaint as well because this has to stop ASAP! They say they are 24 hours but they have the door locked and when you go to the drive through because you’re not on a bike or in a car they deny you service. I just came off a 12 hour shift and cant even get food at this time. Horrible customer

This McDonald's is like any other one, in the sense that it looks like any other one, and the food also looks and tastes the same. But the atmosphere is really heavy in this location, especially at night , it's hard to enjoy your food if you decide to eat in. That's just my opinion, and about the drive thru I honestly didn't even know there was one so I can't say anything about the experience. Other then that the food and the service are ok.

I come here every night and for some strange reason tonight they don't accept cash which I find kind of weird I can understand if the credit card machine was down but not accept cash and thank you for letting me wait 10 minutes before telling me that and not asking what I want.

This store is consistently slow with their service. I work near by, and use them regularly. I can tell you, you will nearly always wait LONG waits. The staff that works mornings, say before noon, stand around and talk. They are slow walkers. They do not care at all if you have waited over ten minutes. Right now, I have waited over 25 minutes for a McGriddle, large caramel coffee, and large Reg coffee

I ordered a delivery I don't recommend it if they don't give the delivery more than 10 dollars one accepted my order and then he canceled it because he saw that it was only 5 dollars and I had to wait like a waiter for the food to be delivered Ami apart from those Dominican delivery that are there They are all interested because one accepted my order and then left it there like my food, very bad and cold, how disgusting ?????Apart from that, I went to that Macdonald's one day and there were only homeless people there in the haciendas with a smell of marijuana
