This particular location is conveniently off of the Bronx River Parkway, Bruckner Expressway, and from the local streets of Story Ave. The staff is relatively nice. The food ordering area can get a little cluttered at times, but the overall atmosphere is good. Lots of parking is available. The neighborhood isn't great and there's always homeless people around and at times i don't feel safe going in at night, I know I'm not the only one but that can only be fixed from within the community of course. Inside the restaurant I always see staff cleaning and the food is always fresh and the staff is always helpful. At times the kiosks machines don't work & there tends to be a long line at the register. I do suggest for the owner to get another register the customers can get served faster!“
