Since they had the audacity to send an unprofessional and petty response to my concerns on ubereats let’s leave a public google review shall we.It took them over an hour to make a very simple order last Monday. When I called to find out what the hold up was, someone answered their phone ONLY to leave it off the hook - as in I can hear the background noise while the phone is just laying there they did not say one word to me on the phone.I ordered a sandwich on a pretzel croissant - they sent it on a plain croissant. They sent my drink the wrong size when I paid for their largest. Former barista here, their Iced mocha is absolutely terrible + nothing mocha about it. Salads are not fresh. Only thing decent in this entire place is the standard Cuban sandwich and the pretzel croissant IF they decide to send it to you, that is. lol.Hire a competent staff and accept accountability on your mistakes, this is how you improve. “Thank you”

The ambiance at Mon Amour is undoubtedly charming, with its clean and tastefully decorated interior. However, my experience was marred by several disappointments. As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I found both the cappuccino and latte to be lacking in distinct flavor profiles, leaving me underwhelmed.While the food didn't reach the level of being terrible, it also failed to impress. It's worth noting that all their offerings are prepared using a toaster oven due to the absence of a full kitchen, which may limit the culinary creativity of the menu.But what truly tarnished my visit was the treatment I received from the owner. Despite being a regular customer who always makes a point to order, I was singled out and asked to leave because I wasn't planning to purchase more items and needed to give my seat to other customers. This directive felt unjust, especially when I observed others lingering without making any purchases.Feeling humiliated and confused by this interaction, I made my way to the register to settle my bill. However, the owner's lack of acknowledgment or apology further soured my impression of the establishment. The busy wave slowed down, and there were more seats available, but at that point, the damage was done. It's disheartening to say that despite my initial fondness for Mon Amour as a small business in my community, I won't be returning after this unfortunate experience.

I loved this coffee shop, the atmosphere that the employees provide. They have a grade A coffee, I was surprised how good the Mon amour pizzeta is... Recommended, I hope to return soon and try another of their coffees and a different dish...

I've always enjoyed coming here for some coffee and to study prior to class, today I brought my family for a quick bite, I’m not sure what the servers issue was but today I brought my family for a quick bite and he was entirely disrespectful. Walking away from me when placing an order, rolling his eyes when placing an order, taking a phone call when I’m asking for the check.I’m in the service industry as well, so it was very odd for someone to be blatantly rude, hoping I can change this review in the future because I do enjoy this site, I’m just not sure what happened with the new staff.

I love it here - the staff is always so kind, especially to the local college students (which isn't always the case elsewhere!) it's a great place to go for the afternoon to get some work done.
