The worst Chinese food I order. I order a shrimp fried rice no onions or vegetables just shrimp and rice. No good.

In the Bronx you can nearly find a Chinese Restaurant on every few blocks. They come a dime a dozen, but whatever block Rich Restaurant is on bypass it because it's some of the worst Chinese food you could eat. For one I ordered two lunch special combos of General Tso's and Sparerib tips. Both at a cost of $8.15 a piece. So how does that equal nearly $25 upon delivery. On top of that they were served in small round plastic containers with hardly anything in it. The pork fried rice was a mushy mess and didn't have anything in it...not even the pork. The rib tips were tough and salty. The general Tso's wasn't any better. It was dry and tough as well. They didn't even garnish it with a piece of broccoli. I will never order from this place again. The menu has been trashed.

Where's the flavor?? Got a wonton soup...... zero flavor. Even w soy sauce and hot sauce. Wontons are hard.

Over priced. Not enough protein for the price. $17+ tax for shrimp and beef hunan style and it had 3 shrimp and only a few pieces of meat. Mostly veggies. When I asked for duck sauce worker said she gave it already. There was 1 packet. I expect an extra sauce when I ask. If they don't want to waste they can ask. Also their bubble tea is only tapioca and no flavors and is too over priced to get. No eat in. Hard to hear staff with the covid safety procedures they are taking which are the most I have ever scene yet they left the door open nullifying most of these benefits lol. I resent ordering from this establishment. The food tasted like any other generic chinese spot. Nothing special to warrant these prices. Also they have sodas lieing about when you come in so the place feels more ghetto then "rich" like it's name says.

The WORST CHINESE restaurant EVER, of ALL time. We ordered fried rice and got yellow bland oily rice. No napkins, the shrimp were dry and the chicken was yellow inside. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS EXPENSIVE GARBAGE WHEN YOU CAN EAT OUT OF A DUMPSTER MUCH CHEAPER AND TASTIER.

This is not Rich! They kept the name but different owners. The food is horrible and they are not friendly at all. They also owned the Chinese restaurant across the street, Yummy House, which is no better.

Don’t order from them, the woman was very rude she messed up my order because she was in the process of answering another call, while I was placing my order. When I called to tell them my order was incorrect she proceeded to tell me that it was my fault. Ma’am you took MY order and she never even repeated the order back to me for verification, before hanging up, because she was in a rush to take another order, I’m Never ordering from this place again, absolute horrible customer service and extremely rude. Blaming the customer for their mistakes and lack of professionalism not acceptable, lost my businesses for good.

Best dumplings I had in a very very long time considering it's the Bronx. The prices are absurd and the quantity was small but food was actually delicious. $15 for chicken and broccoli is ridiculous. Portion is small. Those are my cons.

This place isn’t RICH before COVID. They are currently owned by Yummy House since they have open back up. They are very rude! The prices are absolutely ridiculous. The food is trash. I’m surprised they are even still open but I’m pretty sure it’s only because people in the neighborhood don’t realize they are owned by the people across the street. Highly wouldn’t recommend.
If I could put no stars I would. DO NOT eat at this place, unless you’re into food poisoning!!!! For spare ribs they give you bones, burnt with lots of barbecue sauce on them. If it wasn’t for being after work and having to get back into the car to drive there, I would have gone back to return them. They should be shut down. I asked if it was the same ownership and they said yes. I don’t believe them. No one from the old crew was there and the food is definitely not the same. This place used to be very good. It’s horrible! DO NOT go there. I’ve warned you!! Chicken with broccoli was filled with overcooked broccoli and hardly any chicken. And what chicken was there was like rubber. DO NOT go to this place!!!!!!

I was shocked when I picked up 2 orders of chicken wings and paid an astonishing price of 15.50 and an Additional 2dollars for using a debit card .after all that I was disappointed to see how small the wings were .this restaurant has really gone down

Patronized Rich Restaurant on 12/16/21 I was surprised in that, there is new ownership. They apparently kept the same business name, Rich Restaurant unfortunately they did not maintain the same quality of food and or preperation. The eggroll that was provided, honestly not worth buying let alone eatin-simpl the worst eggroll I have EVER tasted. I ordered the sesame chicken with chicken fried rice, here again I was taken aback- the worst sesame chicken with chicken fried rice EVER! What was clearly posted, was that all orders would be charged an additional 75 cents and that all card payments would be assed/penalized an additional $2.50. In summary, this business should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. I honestly, respectfully and categorically would rather go hungry rather than eat this substandard food. A word of SAY AWAY!!!!!!

The food was cheap the rice tasted like cardboard. My general tso chicken had no spice and no broccoli. Also the food is expensive and smelled like dirty rag. I don't mean to criticize with ill intent but, don't cut corners charge more and expect good reviews from old costumers.

This place used to be really good. This was the first time I'd gone since it reopened, and I really wish I'd seen the recent reviews first and gone somewhere else. The fried rice doesn't have anything in it any more, it's just rice, and it's dry and tasteless. There was hardly any chicken in my container, and zero veggies, it was mostly just rice. The soup tastes like straight cheap powdered bouillon. And that's after they charged me a dollar more than the price in the menu they left on my porch literally yesterday.
