Yesterday, I had a wonderful experience at Smashburger; the customer service was amazing. But I discovered a red long hair when I got my fries. I spoke with a higher-up on the phone with yesterday, I declined her offer of another fry when she requested. The team members, need to be wearing a hair net at all time. After reading the Google comments, I'm not sure if I'll visit that location again.

I waited 10 minutes for a Double Classic Smash burger.I received the burger COLD with unmelted cheese.I waited an additional 6 minutes in line for a refund. I was told that I cannot receive a refund and that they can only remake the burger.No where is this written in the store on any sign that they cannot refund an order.NEVER again will I go this or any SMASH burger! This is my first time trying the service and my last. This chain lost a customer for LIFE.

Im not much of a complainer but Maaann these people take the cake. I walk in and the employs take a look at me and nothing. So i wait 5 minutes and still nobody comes up to me to take my order. I end up just walking out because come on now, where is the service man. They seem to not really care.

Went in really quick b4 closing to get a mushroom burger which was so good plus the onion rings...Only 2 customers at 10:45

The burgers are always salty. I tried again after quite some time but couldn't eat the 2 burgers we purchased. The smash tots are always good however the packaging is for fries so you only get a few tots per order. The milkshakes are vanilla based; the fruit or chocolate flavor doesn't cover that up.

The wait was longer than half an hour and when the food came out it was cold and the staff were extremely rude when i asked about my food time.

It's a shame they hire people who don't want to work. Since when you walk in they're in a bad mood, food comes out wrong, they take their time fulfilling the orders. If people don't want to show up to work they should just stay home instead of spreading the negativity around the work place.

Stail bread and raw meat spend $42 and everything went to the garbage a big disappointment and a win for smashburger couldn't go back had to work and made it late because of the disappointing of bad fast food and had to make something to eat quickly never again will I be buying anything from here.im doing an update on this post today is November 7th that was in September 2023 I did this review and a corporate from a store in Manhattan wrote me an email I still had my receipt because I take pictures of them and we are getting a refund in full in 3 to 5 business days, I will be updating this again to let you know if we got it,but everyone should do reviews because it information that people need to know also you work hard to just throw food in the garbage that your hard earned money and someone else gets to keep it and you get no food and a waist of money that isn't fair at all,and they are going to do an investigation on all smashburger restaurants products to make sure everything is up to date and better training of employees.

Way too slow. Had to wait 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and tator tots and the store wasn't even crowded. I don't believe the wait is worth it.
