It's very unfortunate that visiting this location at one of my favorite fast food franchise was cringing and so disgusting inside. When I first walked in the line was near the door with only one server servicing stand by customers. It was raining on this day so what concerned me the most is the hazardous wet floors that was not attended too or utilized any cautious signs or cones for the public safety. There was more ppl in there charging and lounge to the point actual paying customers couldn't sit to enjoy a inside meal. The tables was sooooo filthy along with the flooring of thos establishment. They seriously need a clean up crew on the floors at all times felt like I was eating inside a trash bin... Too top the poor quality of this location I had to leave immediately due to a homeless gentleman intentionally coughing and sneezing numerous times openly around and near everyone food. This place needs to be monitored amongst customer service, cleanliness, and how management is lackingto micromanage his or her facility and how their establishment it is being operate or represented.

This has to be the very worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. From extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, unprofessional staff, to extremely slow service, horrible order accuracy and cold food, I’m surprised this location is still open.The app is another horrible experience. After a certain time it stops working, so you can’t order in advanced and have to deal with the horrible staff.If you want to be angry, waste your time and ruin your appetite, this is the location to visit.
So many people that are not there to eat or buy anything sit and take all the seats . It would be the Uber guys or just beggars coming in asking for

Every time I come here I always have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to just get food. And godforbid you tell them they’re missing something in your order, because you will sit there another 10 minutes to finally get their attention and be met with attitude. They’ll have orders prepared but leave it there behind the counter piling on more orders till you complain about it

You have no ethics nor are they clean. The rooms are dirty and she says they have a bad smell and that they are not dirty. It seems that she has no nose or she is not bothered by how dirty and stinky she does not know how to deal with clients. I will never return or recommend it as I did before.
I usually come here all the time with no issues. I ordered using mobile and forget to modify my sandwich. When I asked staff to modify it for me the tall manager rolled his eyes and was annoyed at my request which is extremely unprofessional, I work in fast food and such behavior should not be displayed when serving customers especially not coming from the manager. It was a minor inconvenience but I felt the response was very rude.
