Family owned spot with totally outstanding food and amazing cocktails. Service is always great. We always get guac, yuca fries, veggie tacos and rice and beans. When we’re feeling fancy we get the vegetables a la mexicana which is such a great veggie dish. Sometimes the base is a green sauce and sometimes it’s a carrot puree and both are fire. Amaranto is my fav restaurant in Bushwick! The food is delicious and they can accomodate my vegan diet. The drinks are also amazing - don't miss their happy hour! The staff has always shown such great hospitality to me and my friends. This is now our go-to spot!Dietary restrictions: Can accomadate vegan and celiac diners!

So lucky I got to try this place. I could hear my salsa's being blended up fresh with each new course. The prices are extremely fair for the filling portions and I felt clean and healthy even after a significant feast! Service was attentive, kind and fast and the space was very clean.
