What a lovely spot for dinner. This place is always great and I think I’ve been here over 10 times. Excellent unique pasta dishes and great service. Super comfy seating as well in the booths. Happy to live right by Barano, thank you guys for an excellent dinner last night.

The food is excellent, every time we go or order, but what really sets this place apart from the many other restaurants with good food in the area is that it’s run by good people that go above and beyond for their customers. I haven’t experienced this level of generosity and customer service in nyc in a long time, in particular Zach has been incredibly attentive. Highly recommend. Also a wonderful place to dine for families.

A great, though somewhat inconsistent, choice for a meal with friends. We ordered the Vodka Pizza, which was marvelous—creamy, sweet, balanced, and so easy to eat. The star of the evening was the Saffron Gigli. You need to order it. It was aromatic and complex, with perfectly cooked pasta, a touch of sweetness and heat.
