After a little over 10 years of coming to this place maybe more, i've begun to visit less and less. The staff in addition to being reduced are terribly unprofessional (mostly at night) and they rarely ever have a variety of donuts and muffins to choose from. Good customer service is lacking these days it seems. How many visits must you have for a medium size cup of Dunkin' Donuts hot chocolate? The answer is over six different Dunkin' Donuts locations. It is unknown if the automated machine is creating this sludge tasting and looking hot chocolate, which is neither appetizing in appearance or tastes decent. I wasted money, time, effort, and gas to order and recieve a specific beverage that does not even look like any hot chocolate I have ever tasted!
