Ten minutes for a cup of coffee. That's how long I waited this morning for a simple cup of regular blend with milk. I usually order ahead on the app, but I had a T-Mobile Tuesdays Dunkin' card to use that couldn't be added to the app or a Dunkin' account (Seriously?!), so I ordered at the counter. It was busy so I was patient at first, but I waited...and waited...and waited. I had to remind them twice that I was still waiting for my cup of coffee. The place is great but I hate when the women are working there. For some reason they don't know how to make refreshers or other certain drinks that are literally on the menu. I believe they are just being lazy and don't wanna do their job. So highly recommend this place when the men are working there. Women are usually working the weekends. For the week days, idk.
