There so bad with there services don’t know how to get your ordered right there give me a cup that was broken and just give me a other cup on my broken cup and I older a bagel cream cheese I ask for jelly and there just put different jelly an I ask to fix my ordered an there didn’t want to do fix my ordered bad
Yesterday I came into the store and got an iced coffee with cream and sugar. When I left the store I jumped on the bus and when i looked down to drink my coffee. The cream was in FLAKES! Today I had time came by showed the cashier the card swipe on my phone with the exact time that I ordered. Told me that she couldn't help me that I had to come a different day and talk to a manager. I was made fun of in this Dunkin Donuts by your associates. The Comment he uttered under his breath was racially motivated and to add insult to injury, he said it in spanish . perhaps he didn't think i would understand him. The other associates laughed carelessly in front of other customers. I felt truly disrespected by this and I would not suggest going to spend your money there.
