Not a fan of the food, it tastes a little off compared to other locations. Also don't like the fact that they lie about placing condiments in bag. Besides that this is honestly the best Dunkin' to go get offee, the only location to ever blend the sugar into my drink rather than leaving it to settle at the bottom of the cup. The barista is the best, he's super friendly and make sure everyone leaves with a delicious drink & a smile.
The lady manager at the location is definitely a winner. She remember mostly all of her customers names and orders. She gets you in and out with a smile. She has such a great personality. The people she works with fit like a glove. Definitely love this location on workday mornings.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review. But good god does this place deserve 5 stars. It’s hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in a Dunkin, and arguably some of the best in New York. I feel so welcome every time I step foot in the door. Staff? Professional. Coffee? Delicious. Cleanliness? Pristine. Go here.
