My husband & I made an impromptu decision to take a couple of friends that were visiting from out of town. All persons must be present before you are seated. This helps in keeping the tables more available. The food was excellent, and the service was superb. We sat upstairs, which was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We came for lunch/brunch on a dreary, rainy Sunday and I’m grateful it wasn’t packed! They had a table for 8 within minutes and our waitress was so kind and patience with us. Loved the food and portions! The ambience and playlist felt like home. I would definitely go back next time I’m in Brooklyn. They were out of shrimp and grits so I’d want to try that.
