Screamer's Pizzeria

I am posting a five star review because the pizza was THAT good. I have dietary restrictions and unfortunately cannot eat any cheese, so vegan slices are the move. I got the Screamer Slice and a Vampire slice. Both were delicious! The service was questionable because I did wait about 15 minutes for a slice on a slow day because they forgot to pull them from the oven. I asked and they apologized profusely and got them out quickly but it was still a bit aggravating.

Despite not being vegan I think they have some really great slices. As a lot of others said there's pretty limited seating and they often run out of slices, but it's a good slice shop all the same. Depending on the slice you can spend about $3-5 per slice. Last time I came I grabbed a plain and a buffalo chicken. The vegan pizza here is probably my favorite pizza I've ever tried. The variety of slices, the great sodas, and the staff make this my favorite NYC vegan pizzeria. I've tried both the Crown Heights and the Williamsburg locations and each lives up to the great standards I expect from Screamer's. The staff always are great personalities and they give me great recommendations when I want to try something new. I highly recommend Screamer's whether you're vegan or not!
