“We ordered takeout today and were beyond pleased with the experience. Our order was the family style, 1 pound of brisket, 13 wings and key lime pie. Everything was packed expertly with care and the food not only delicious but held the 20 min drive to their house. The staff was friendly and accurate and our parents could not stop raving about the quality but the quantity as well.. Thank you again for a fantastic experience.“
“On your way to Allentown? not sure which of the iconic places to hit? And there are many…. Make your way to Billy Club. Top notch cocktails. And even better service. Ask for Ian at the bar he will entertain you with great stories about cocktail creation while he aggressively shakes up his own cocktail concoctions.“
“Food was amazing, atmosphere was enchanting, service was incredible. Liza was our server -she was so on top of things, checked in with us at all the right times, we were never left waiting or wanting! Great communication, energy, and service, thank you Liza and Vice!!!“
“We started our tasty journey with the Olives, featuring the Castelvetrano and Cuquillo varieties. They have just a hint of orange that makes a boring bowl of olives a standout taste experience. The Potato Latkes were up next, served with tobiko taramasalata and tarragon. The combination is absolutely incredible, striking a perfect balance between texture and flavor...perfection.For our entrees, our group had the Ravioli Dauphine and the Lamb Meatball Bomber. The ravioli, filled with tender lamb shank and drizzled with beurre blanc, accompanied by scorzonera and crispy kale, is fantastic. The Lamb Meatball Bomber is delicious with its kale, sumac onions, and garlic yogurt. However, the star of the show was undoubtedly the Braised Chicken Leg, paired with black futsu squash, lentils, sage, and endive. It's no exaggeration when I say this is the best meal I have ever had in my entire life. The depth of flavor, the perfect cook on the chicken, and the harmony of the accompaniments is simply unparalleled. We had the Vanilla Panna Cotta with lemon, honey, and toffee for dessert. I have no words that adequately capture its sheer perfection. The Little Club delivered an exceptional dining experience. If I could give them six stars, I would. Every dish was a testament to the chef's mastery over their craft. I cannot recommend The Little Club highly enough; it is an absolute must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining at its best.“
“The service is here amazing …. The nicest staff!!! They had a big order ahead of me and by the time they brought me my meal they through in some free fries and refilled my coffee just because! Please stop by if you’re in the area! It’s worth it “
“Saw all the great reviews so we tried it and the food tasted very good and I see why everyone raves about it. They have so many customers it was 90 minute wait for pickup at 5:30 but earlier in the day it was only 30 mins. The order was ready at the exact time it showed for pickup ! The staff is so friendly and the place is clean. We will be back many more times !“
“Great spot. The guys here were really nice and accomodating, answered some questions I had about parking and the city as I was from out of town. Didn’t get any food but it looked pretty good. The bruleecino I ordered was wonderful! Thank you for the hospitality.“
“Just get to this place. The food is BEYOND amazing and the staff is INCREDIBLE. I'd invite any one of them over for Sunday sauce, this place is absolutely FREAKING AMAZING.Favorites for us were the burnt ends, brussel sprout casserole, Mac & cheese bites and the fish tacos.Parking: Just fins a spot on the street. That's it.“
“Simply put, we love this place. The food and drinks are consistently high quality. The atmosphere is quiet, minimal, and relaxed. The chef is excellent. He curates interesting rotating menus with adventurous flavors, textures, and platings. He accommodates dietary restrictions very thoughtfully, without lazy substitutions. The space is well-kept, and the team is great, very diligent, and knowledgeable. The bartenders are the best in Kenmore, hands down. If you have the pleasure of participating in the prix fixe, you'll likely experience a well-thought out pairing.Prix fixe isn't the only option. You can pop in for a quick drink and snack at the bar if there is room.Vegetarian options: You can get a prix fixe vegetarian meal.Dietary restrictions: The chef can accommodate dietary restrictions thoughtfully.“
“This was our first real meal out in Buffalo and it was wonderful. Keith made our time so relaxed and enjoyable. He was so friendly and chatted with us about us being new to the area from Maine. We had plenty of time to enjoy and savor our food and didn’t feel rushed. The food and drinks were excellent and we will be sure to return in the near future. Great atmosphere and great food quality.“
“The atmosphere is a bit too dark for me. To an extent, the light on my iphone needs to be on to read the menu lol. You can probably notice how dark it is in the restaurant by looking at those food pics i took. The environment is on the noisy and loud side, probably because the restaurant was packed!!The food is really nice. Love the shrimp cocktail, which serves quite differently; the wedge salad and the steak!!“
“Oliver's Restaurant is easily amongst the nicest, upscale, and classy dining spots in Buffalo, NY. My first experience here was on Valentine's Day, where there I got a delicious mocktail and my boyfriend the Oliver's Manhattan! Although we were amongst the younger crowd, the staff did not make us feel less important as we were treated with the upmost respect. What made our dining experience was absolutely the restaurants layout and cleanliness! Thank you to the staff who made it a memorable experience I will always recommend.“
“Nice little restaurant with a nice feel to it, while the food was great and the atmosphere was nice, the staff could have been a little better after the first interaction.Once we were seated and got our orders in, it felt like the staff didn't really care as they never once checked in on us.“
“While pricey the food was delicious. The appetizers were amazing and the steak was cooked exactly as I ordered it. Medium with a sear to seal in the flavor. Sorry I had already eaten the fries and green beans by the time I remembered to take a picture.Parking: Make sure you are paying attention when parking in the back, getting in was very narrow.“
“Okay so first of all, the macaroni and cheese is to die for oh my goodness it is so yummy. The drinks are on a whole new level you just have to come in and have them make some of their specialties definitely a great place to hang out and bring your “
“This is not the fanciest restaurant in Buffalo, but it's among the top in terms of cuisine. The Spaghetti Aglio E Olio is spectacular, the creme brule is perfect. My son raved about the stuffed banana peppers. Of all the restaurants in Buffalo, I chose this one for my birthday. Thank you Bobby J's for the perfect meal!“
“Great place for Chicken Tenders and more! A bit loud to have a conversation at times but always great service and reasonable prices! A family and friends favorite! Definitely Kimmy-Sue Tested and Approved! ??? They also raise funds for non-profits and charities, which means a lot to our communities!Parking: Sometimes packed parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Automated doors are needed.“
“we went here this morning for my fiancé’s birthday to try their brunch menu. while he’s a vegetarian and there’s not many veggie options on their menu, the kitchen manager and our waitress randy were so welcoming, flexible and accommodating and were happy to modify a menu item for him. the food and drinks were incredible. we will definitely be back!!“
“Fantastic spot with a really cool day-to-night concept! We stopped in for drinks and dinner. Sesame Street cocktail was fantastic — our table tried the grilled cheese and tomato soup, French onion soup, sweet potato salad, and got a side of fries, and loved it all! Homemade desserts are also excellent. Great service and atmosphere; would definitely recommend.“
“Took my husband and grandchildren to dinner for his birthday. Brad was our server. He was excellent. Food was amazing and the chocolate cake was out of this world. Our new favorite spot. So highly recommended. Ask for Brad as your server. Super service!Kid-friendliness: Good kid menu. Plenty of options.“
“Clean, worn but cared for. CASH ONLY, atm on site.Highlight- consistent high quality simple food with a rotating special menu at more than fair pricing, easily have a drink, and meal for $20-25 with a tip.Bar is cozy, restaurant roomy on the simple side.Parking: In front, and to the left of building NOT TO THE RIGHT, that is private parking for the business next door and may be ticketed or towed.“
“One of the most up and coming black owned businesses in the town right now. A place to gather, enjoy great vibes and atmosphere from the owners down to the staff everyone is great. The food is on point too.Throw your next event here. Go grab a bite or simply sip and chill. This a drama free place and has security.(No handicap access)“
“My friend and I were seated immediately upon arriving. Our waiter came over, introduced himself, and asked us if we were attending the show at Sheas. We were. I ordered a Manhattan and my friend a gin martini. Both were excellent. For an appetizer we had the small plate of scallops. Cooked to perfection and delicious. The bread brought to the table was yummy as well. We both had the pecan crusted salmon. To die for as were the diced sweet potatoes and spinach it came with. We enjoyed a bottle of Standing Stone dry Riesling with dinner. One of our Finger Lakes favorites, and it paired wonderfully with the salmon dinners. Dessert? Why of course. The tiramisu, which was also fantastic. Overall, a great dinner in a great restaurant we have been to a number of times and will certainly go back to again. A gem in the Theater District.“
“My wife and I will stop here before we go to Flying Bison. The bartender is always super friendly and attentive. The food is always good here too. Prices are easy on the wallet too we always have a couple of beers and dinner for about 40bucks. Can’t beat this place! Chicken wings, burgers and fish fry’s are all awesome!!!“
“Came here for the dive bar vibe to watch the hockey game last night and it did not disappoint (unlike the Sabres). Always such a fun place to chill, or play a few bar games if you're into that. Ordered the Rhody sandwich which was fantastic. The two bartenders were very attentive and offered great service. Will totally be back for the cheeseburger quesadilla- I need to try it!“
“What a great accident this ended up being! Not only did we spend 1 1/2 hours with our dining experience, we progressed to the bar to enjoy a few more drinks. Molly, Kate, and Casey were very accommodating. The food and how it was all prepared...omg... genius with the ingredients. Every attention to detail! I mean, when the whipped cream on the creme brule is infused with lemon, grapefruit, and vermouth... who does that? This place is special on our list!“
“Cozy neighborhood eatery and bar. The staff are friendly and make you feel like a regular on your first visit. The wings are great. Good buffalo sauce and crispy, blue cheese is really good, and I'm a buffalo wing snob. Atmosphere sings old buffalo with antiques and vintage photos.“
“I was introduced to The Hoagie Stop by my school-age kids because the owner visited their school. My kids were so excited by the owner's story, I was excited by delicious food... I was not disappointed. I went to their Clinton Street location, and it's not beautiful. Doesn't matter. I was greeted prompt by a kind server who was eager to help. The food was made promptly, and was beyond delicious! The 8" sandwich could have been two meals, but I just couldn't stop biting!!! Seriously, so excited to go back very soon.“
“My favorite restaurant anywhere. I bring everyone I know here because I want everyone to know how good the food is!! I try to get something new every time I go and so far everything has been delicious but my favorites are definitely the lamb tibs and doro watt. And the lady who owns the restaurant and the rest of the staff is always very nice. The service is sometimes a little slow but well worth it“
“I love this little throwback. Run by Sharon, also owner, it's a place to call "cheers". You're greeted by name with a bright smile. Ang can be found in his customary seat in the early hours, strangers become friends here. The food is great, prices reasonable.“
“I had a pot roast sandwich and a big thing of fries. It was sensational, and the service was great! The friend I was with had traditional beef on whack, which he loved. I really enjoyed this place and the next time I am Buffalo, I will seek it out again.“
“First time there for me while staying in the Frewsburg area. I've been accustomed to amazing Texas Hot places in the Olean(Hastas) & Wellsville(Texas Hots) area. Hard to improve on this unique food trend but sadly it's starting to become a thing of yesteryear. Buffalo area has 'Teds' and Jamestown has Lucky's!!! The malted shakes were great & the dogs with Texas Hot sauce were quite good. I'd say the sauce was milder in comparison but I'll return to this place again!!! I think it would be great if the food didn't come wrapped in food grade paper to the customer as the texas sauce gets stuck all over the paper wrapper but that it should come out to the customer in paper hotdog dishes & a paper cup for the fries that didn't let the vinegar soak thru it. Yep, some of us enjoy vinegar on our fries!“
“Cannot say enough about how fantastic this place is, their food is so incredible that they could easily charge double and I'd still want to eat here! The venue is so well thought out and feels homey and very much like a local gem versus a chain type place, it is great. They also have an incredible wine selection, much larger than one would expect for a place of this size! Location is definitely not super large, so we would recommend making a reservation in advance. Definitely worth a visit!!!“
“We have been searching for a new place to get fish because our regular spot is temporarily closed. It hasn’t been easy because we only eat haddock. My husband needs Cajun broiled and I need panko breaded. We got 2 fish fry’s to go and we enjoyed them very much! I l put the fish n fries in air fryer for a few (my fault they were only warm). The macaroni salad was very good. Not tops brand like some places use. Cole slaw was different but we liked it! Fish was excellent. Also to be able to get 2 fish fry’s for $30 is crazy good! Staff was attentive and I tipped for my pickup. We will be back. Thank you, we are thrilled we found a new fish fry spot!“
“If you are looking for Buffalo wings, which we don’t call them in Buffalo, we call them wings, Duffs has the best wings in Buffalo.I have been going to different locations since I was a kid.I have a very fond memory of my grandparents taking us there as a kid.Best wishes to the owners, employees and patrons of this amazing Buffalo staple!“
“Big s/o to Buffalo's Yelp community in recommending this place. It gave me a chance to try a couple Buffalo staples, with one I knew about (wings) and the other new to me (beef on weck). I can't say the wings were beyond anything I've had before, but they were textbook in size and the right crispiness. The Weck was a nice bun for sure, but that beef was something else. I split it with my dad and it was so perfectly cooked and a delicious cut of beef. My son had the lobster mac and cheese. He's had a few before but said this was the best he's ever had, so there's that. I need to come back again and the Reuben looks to die for.“
“We called ahead because we have a big Family to be considerate because it wasn't a peak night. They had everything ready for a huge table, the service was warm and friendly and the food was absolutely fantastic. Can't wait to go back and try more of their wonderful dishes.“
“This is hands down the best fish fry I have ever had. Everything from the fish fry, salads, and pierogis were the best I have ever had. Our waitress was amazing and when she told us there was a wait for food- we were patient. It was worth it!!! We will be back again!!!!!!“
“The food here was very good. We had clam chowder and stuffed banana pepper soup. My husband had an 8th hole steak sandwich, a strip steak on French bread. He said it was excellent. It's a small, friendly place. Because it's small and winter, every time someone came in or left, there was a new blast of cold. Overall, I'm glad we found it.“
“Okay the food, the setting, the layout!!!! 10/10. Self service for food- using a QR code that is placed on tables for the servers to run the food out to you PIPING HOT! Seat yourself and water and napkins and plates and wet-wipes (you’ll need them) to share were all easily accessible with both entrances.Went with a couple of friends and we tried:Pretzel and queso app ($14)- STUNNING, queso was a perfect blend of Smokey and smooth and the pretzels came in rods (4) and were piping hot 10/10Wingnutz dip ($13)- I know this is what they are known for but I personally like my chicken wing dip, spicy. The chicken was tender though and came with a massive plate of fresh chips. 8.5/10Spring Rolls ($13)- YUM- fresh out of the fryer laying on top of a bed of kimchi (not too soured or prickly but the perfect complement) and a sweet Chile sauce. Really fresh and crisp 9.5/10Last Dragon Tacos ($18)- WOW- these were super flavorful and fresh even with the very generous meat portion. Sometimes it can be too overwhelming, but they nailed this one between the kimchi and pickled red onions giving the taco the bite it needs, to the very tender brisket, and the sauce that adds a kick! Dynamite! 10/10Roasted Cauliflower Taco ($15)- packs quite the punch in a mouthful- really tender cauliflower that soaked up all of the delicious sauce served with. 8.5/10Wingnutz Chicken Sandwich ($16) with their Cajun fries. Note for the fries- absolute perfection, LOVE a fry that is just about half an inch thick- gives a great crust and super fluffy inside. Their chicken sandwich was MASSIVE, genuinely think they used half a chicken on it, soaked in a hot honey brine- they have perfected a Nashville style fried chicken and DONT forget the pickles (thick cut)“
“Finally made it to roost! Easily accommodated our large group of ten for a birthday brunch. Music and vibes were great! Food was also well plated and delicious but definitely a little on the pricier side. The staff were so friendly and great but service was extremely slow- something I've heard from my friends who frequent there to seems like an ongoing issue. Only giving four stars because of the slow service and unfortunately one of my friends had to send her meal back because there was a hair in it but they did rectify it with a percentage off and a new plate.“
“I am most sure why this place was almost empty on a Saturday night…we were a party of seven and after about 8:45 and the early diners left it was empty. You all are missing out! Our service was attentive and friendly. The drinks were well balanced and priced well. I had the grapefruit Cosmo which sounds odd but it was refreshing and balanced. I had the fish fry which was a LARGE piece of fish with Cole slaw and pasta salad. Normally, the sides are kind of an afterthought. Not here. Both had flavor, freshness and weren’t put in those little paper side cups. The fry batter stayed on and you could actually eat both and the batter at the same time. I have found in Buffalo that oftentimes the batter doesn’t adhere and you eat just plain fish…not my favorite. My partner had the burge and she told me the beef actually had flavor. She asked for medium well and got it. Usually when you ask for medium well you either get medium and well done. Hers was cooked just right. My other friend got the shrimp and grits. It was huge. She actually got about 6-8 ( I didn’t count) but knew it wasn’t four which a lot of times is the standard. The were good sized and she finished the entire dish which is unusual for her. She was t was delicious. Another person for the rack of lamb and he said it was phenomenal. Truthfully I was talking so much I didn’t pay attention to the other food at the table lol. During the meal a gentleman came over and asked how our meal was and we all commented that it was great! He seemed very happy and thanked us for coming and would enjoy seeing us again. We stayed and had drinks right up until closing and never felt rushed. The bar still had patrons that I am sure are regulars and everyone seemed to be having a great time. One of the owners came over and and how we had heard of them and I told her that I used Google and Yelp and they had gotten great reviews! She went on to tell us about their great patio and to be sure and use their parking lot as well. As you are are aware parking at a restaurant in Buffalo can be challenging. Having a parking lot is a premium! We can’t wait to enjoy the patio this summer but will go back again for dinner and drinks before then! You all are missing out if you haven’t tried this place!Parking: Side of building with access to the patio as well.“
“it's your typical hometown bar/restaurant. if you haven't had their fish fry, you're missing out. be prepared to wait for a table during Lent, but they move quickly in spite of the volume of patrons; and the staff somehow remain friendly thru it all!“
“I ordered wings from this place on DoorDash. It was one of the only things open later on in the evening so I figured I’d give it a shot. Not only do they have great prices on their wings, it’s my new go to wing spot. They’re very crispy and have great sauce. I ordered hot and mild wings. The dude working was really friendly and you could tell he appreciated his customers. Definitely recommend!Wheelchair accessibility: Had a wheelchair friendly table with sign so it stood out“
“Chunky cream of tomato soup was amazing! This place has some very unique and tasty items on the menu. Will definitely return when I’m back in Buffalo? I had the roasted eggplant and artichoke wrap. Too late for a photo, I gobbled it down. ???“
“Amazing new spot!!! Every visit we've had has been 10/10. The burger was really good and I'd get it again anyday. The polenta and Brussels also are outstanding. I would come here everyday if I could for cocktails and delicious food!“
“I stopped here for the first time ever today. I've been wanting to get here for a long time. It's on Abbott Road near Ridge Road. There are parking spots just past the building and behind the building. The woman who took my order was friendly and kind. I sat at the counter and ordered six Texas hots with all of the toppings. (The sign on the front window said buy five get one free.) I ordered fries as well. They were great but I was hoping for a larger serving. I sat at the front counter to order. They have tables and booths as well. In between the booths, they have plastic for Covid. Everything came to $17.36, which I was fine with. (Everything is so expensive nowadays, I'm sure.) The staff was friendly and I can't wait to go back and try more of their food. (I forgot to take photos.)“
“Since I became extremely lactose intolerant, eating out is always a disappointment. Not here! I could trust everything on the menu. I took a vegetarian friend and one with no food restrictions and we loved everything we ordered. Super friendly staff, great service and the food was outstanding. Mac and cheese, yes please!“
“People who frequent R bar probably want to keep it quietly out of the limelight so it doesn't turn into a place where long lines to get a seat, would take away from it's R bar \\\"essence.\\\" We enjoy that first name basis and when your a regular they bring that glass of water and Pepsi just knowing that's your \\\"usual\\\". That's special!“
“I recently hosted a baby shower at Neat and it was fantastic! Mia, the event coordinator, responded to my inquiry and all emails extremely timely. Mia addressed all my questions and was helpful with all the details. There was a great menu to chose from, and all of our guests raved about the food! I highly recommend hosting an event at Neat! Everything was wonderful!“
