I am writing this as a follow up to my earlier review . First I want to again state, that there was no problem with the food. Since my initial review ,I have been contacted by the area vice president and he is taking my comments very seriously and working on the problems. After finding out the Cheesecake Factory had a 30 minute wait, we wandered over here and got seated immediately. Restaurant is as nice and clean. Service was average, no complaints. I found the bread delicious... a little crisp and buttery, soft and warm inside, with a flavorful dipping oil. Our entrees we both agreed we're average ... I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and my friend a spaghetti with red sauce. I would probably try something different next time.

Me and my brother came here to eat recently. While the food was incredible, the service was subpar. Our waiter was nice, but it took ages for us to get our food and the check, and it wasn't even busy. We must have waited 15 minutes to pay the bill, and another 15 to get our card back. I love bravo but they could definitely work on their service!
