It seems on busy nights the usually efficient system hits some snags. Burger overdone, soggy fries, extra long wait and then no napkins in the bag. Having been a 5G patron since 1996 I have sampled them in over a dozen states and can easily say this Sunday evening visit was the least satisfying. Let's hope they get it together before my next visit.
Only complaint is prices keep going up. Same small burger and small fries were about $12.29 w/tax a year ago, it's been gradually increasing but now 14.12 for same items. Prices are getting to steep for me to continuously go back.

Food was good, the price was on the higher side for fast food. Stand out of things, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions free peanuts and the double lettuce wrap held together well.Dietary restrictions: When I asked for a lettuce wrap they ask if it was a preference or dietary restriction. It's a preference for me (just tastes better), but it's nice to know they try to accommodate issues.
