This place is a favorite of my partner and myself. The food is consistently fantastic, I have never had a bad meal there. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant.
I do really enjoy the food here and have for a long time but the prices now are just unreasonable. $25 for one portion of butter chicken and rice with a side of naan bread. Even the staff member agreed the price was too high as they rang me up at the counter. Very disappointing as I do enjoy the food like I said.*Edit*Since posting this review the food quality has continued to decline while prices increase and portions decrease. Took our daughter here because she said the food was very good.The paneer appetizer we ordered was very good.However the Tandoori grill item I splurged for was not.The chicken was dry as were the other meats (except the shrimp which was fine). I suspect that the meat had already been cooked in the oven before - perhaps the night before.I've had meat from the Tandoori oven before and it was tender and tasty.I seriously doubt I will ever return.
