If we could give Allie, our server "6-Stars" we would. She went out of her way, Above and Beyond to make our visit a memorable one. Allie was engaging and Very attentive. Allie should be considered for a Managerial position. I received a "Birthday" gift for my birthday. A "Veterans" discount for my service and Points toward my Dine Rewards program. We would recommend Carrabba's-Central Islip, NY and Allie Without Hesitation. Keep doing to what You are doing Allie!
Bartender Tom was awesome. Perfectly made drinks and we had awesome conversation which was great for someone traveling alone like myself. Very welcoming atmousphere. Ill be back on the next trip.

My partner and I had a wonderful dinner here 2 Fridays ago and our server, Matt, was a big part of that. We were really happy with his service, the food, and the atmosphere. What was meant to be a one-time dine-in turned into us actually feeling inclined to returning. Glad we opted to dine there instead of the neighbor, which would have been too rowdy for us that evening.
