Our first time at this Jersey Mike's and it was by far our worst visit to any Jersey Mike's. The staff did not listen to our orders and we kept having to repeat our orders. The counter where they make the subs had not been cleaned in a very long time. When they cut our sub all of the insides came out and the girl proceeded to wrap the sub. I went in to get lunch to go.I ordered a giant portobello mushroom and provolone sub to bring home for dinner and a mini tuna w/bacon sub and a fountain cream soda for lunch.There was a line when I arrived at 1 pm and only 2 staff, but they handled it all extremely well and were very good natured while doing it.The food was as fresh and delicious as always. Love this place, they always get my order right!! Only issue is when I’m waiting for my sub the staff is always fooling around instead of making subs, which makes it take forever.
