I thought the food was very good. I loved my sammich. But the pumpkin cookie did not taste like pumpkin like I thought it would. They do not say “Pumpkin Sugar Cookie” they said pumpkin cookie. And I am very upset. Everything else was bomb though and even the cookie wasn’t bad. Just didn’t taste like pumpkin
Maybe the staff does need to keep up a little more on the half and half and dairy, but they have almond milk which other Paneras don't always have, and are kind every time I go in. And it is always clean.In fact, every time the customers are absolutely horrible and snooty, and the staff still have good attitudes, despite having to deal with Karens. The staff should get raises.

The food is very good, and so is service with a very positive, friendly vibe. The space is a bit cold, and the high ceilings and cool colors are not inviting to stay. Nonetheless, it is one of my fav.
