“Sandbar is reminiscent of so many beautiful seaside venues. The interior design does match the restaurant's namesake and it was pleasant to the eye. Even the bar area looked inviting. I could see myself stopping by to watch a game.As for the food, my friend and I shared the mussels to start. Go ahead and dip some bread into the sauce of the dish. It'll change your life. We had the chickpea fries as well but I wasn't a fan of those. Our main dishes included the Pappardelle Bolognese and the Branzino. Both seemed expertly crafted. I have no complaints there. They seem to have a solid wine collection so don't worry about finding the right libation to add to your dinner. There were some slight service glitches and some of the staff seemed less than warm, but that could've been a fluke or my perception. Don't let that deter you. I would come back for sure!”
“Easter Sunday Dinner 2024 - Exquisite The rack of lamb was seasoned & cooked to perfection...tender, moist, cut like butter. Thank you! We were given all the time in the world to enjoy dinner...as though it were not a busy holiday. Wait service was exceptional. The entire experience was enjoyed by family who were visiting from out-of-state. The ambiance was a cozy, busy, and boasted water views. Plus, we had a visit from the Easter Bunny! Hippity-hop on over.”
“A classic cold spring harbor staple. Everyone knows that sweetie pies is your "go-to" for any coffee, tea, or sweets cravings. Lots of indoor seating options with a beautiful back courtyard area to enjoy the fresh air and village of cold spring harbor. Highly recommended if you're taking a trip out to this small quaint village.”
“We were passing through this small town and arrived at this superb restaurant by chance, and what a surprise!Superb decoration and a very good choice of food or drinks. We were quickly served and it was really very good!We will happily come back in any case :)”
“If you haven’t tried the Wild Buffalo wrap you’re not living. It’s literally one of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted on gods green earth. If I could have this every single day for every single meal I would. I love this sandwich it speaks to me in ways I didn’t know it could. 100/100 A+ you need this sandwich in your life take it from my word. You’re welcome.”
“Food is excellent every time however the portion sizes are ridiculous. If you’re charging $17 for a bowl I expect more than half a spoon of rice. The workers behind the counter are almost always oblivious and are not usually friendly. It’s a shame since the food is so good and this can easily be a 5 star spot.”
“Swallow is amazing! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is top-notch. Definitely a favorite spot for me! Jamie took wonderful care of us and will definitely be coming back.”
“I had a crepe it was very delicious and the options all looked fantastic. The service was excellent they are very kind, respectful and friendly. I felt very welcomed and even though I only came in for a crepe I can’t wait to come back to try a poke bowl as the fish looked very fresh and the variety of sides is fantastic.”
“food was great and the service i received was amazing. Ian, my server, was very kind and helped us a lot through the ordering process to make sure we get the best quality food and service. food came out quickly and the ramen was amazing! i would 100% recommend”
“Must say very busy place but it’s worth your time and money… all the drinks are good and fairly priced their cakes are so good not so sweet goes perfect with your drinks♥️ i do recommend this place 10/10 employees are hard working and kind.Edit: sorry to say but the new mexican guy doesn’t make nice tea! It’s the second time he did this even when i mentioned to add more sugar but it literally feels bland!!! All old employees where really good before him! I always comes to this location please do something about it Thank you!”
“Almost shockingly good, we ordered a mix of lunch, breakfast, and sides, and everything was really good and tasted much fresher than your average deli. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again. If you're wondering how to get there, take the elevator to the lower level, make a left, and go straight back.”
“We held a private event for about 25 people last weekend in the upstairs space at Two25 and I could not have been more pleased! Leading up to our event, Andrea was very helpful and responsive, and the rest of the staff was just as incredible day-of. They were attentive to us and our guests (adults and children alike), regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well and everyone had what they needed. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was fantastic. It was the perfect place for our event, and we'll absolutely be back next time we're in the area!”
“If you want a real dining experience versus just a meal, this is the restaurant for you! Attentive service with a list of specials that are a menu all on its own! The dishes are presented beautifully. Every bite sends your tastbuds into a world of pure delight. We will SO be coming back! Thank you JT, Chef and staff for a most memorable dining experience!”
“Have been there twice in the past few months, once with a group of 4 then with a group of 14. Both times both food and service were excellent…they have improved since they first opened. If you haven’t been here recently, highly recommend. Weekends get busy, recommend going during the weekday.”
“I met Luka (not sure if I spelled that right) while I was walking in Huntington. We got to talking about G Taste. I love crepes and used to make them for my children when they were young. I had just walked past their sign a short while before meeting Luka. I promised him I would come by & check them out. Yesterday I was walking in Huntington again and saw their sigh again. Remembering my promise to Luka I stopped in. It wasn’t time for dinner yet & lunch was already eaten so I decided on the mixed berry crepe to take home for dessert. While it was being made I had a cup of coffee & chatted with the young man who works there ( I apologize, I forgot his name) he was a true pleasure to chat with! When my crepe was ready we walked outside & I finished my coffee and we said our goodbyes. The crepe was absolutely DELICIOUS! I cannot wait to go back again. The coffee was very good too and best of all, everyone is so very friendly! Definitely a place to try!”
“Today was my first time there, rom the wonderful, extensive menu, friendly waitress we had a delightful lunch. The owner, Peter couldn't have been nicer. I will certainly return.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accommodating with a ramp inside to the lower level.”
“منتهى الرقى والنظافه والوجود داخل المكان بلوحاته الفريدة ياخذك لعالم اخر والمنتاجات المتنوعه والحلويات طعمها رائع”
“I ordered on UberEats. My Green Tea with Passionfruit and Boba was delicious. I got 75% sweetness and it was perfect. It was packed nicely, came in a sturdy cup.”
“I had a pleasant experience for a take out, got the chicken biryani along with garlic naan, and enjoyed a masala tea as per recommendation. I believe it was the owner who was there , he was amicable and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, full of spice and flavorful. Tea was enough to soothe my soul . overall 10/10. Cant wait to try the rest of the menu!”
“I recommend this restaurant, very good to enjoy with the family, I received wonderful attention, very delicious, the flavor of the fried chicken, very clean and ”
“Shared 4 assorted tacos (fish, lengua, birria & carnitas) with my wife for snack, craved for more. I don’t usually get Lengua (tongue) because of funky after taste from previous experience. At Mala Madre, lengua was so tender, butter and beefy. Will definitely come back for more.”
“Very good food at Popei's starting with their garlic+ bread. I had the lobster and shrimp stuffed penne in vodka sauce - hearty, tender, perfectly cooked seafood without that rubbery feeling in a fantastically creamy sauce. I sliced my stuffed penne into diagonal strips and every bite was amazing. Others had the crab leg and steak special; crab wasn't as good as my shrimp and lobster being a little over-boiled perhaps but the skirt steak had great flavor and chew. Most entrées hovered around $30. Would absolutely return.Note they have valet parking due to its popularity and limited parking space - so bring some small bills.”
“Went with a group friends. Shared lots of different dishes and everything was delicious. Nobody at our table was disappointed....and the drinks were equally as ”
“Incredible place with a diverse menu that has tons of different flavors. This is a go-to spot for any vegetarian to grab different styles of momo's and chaaps. We ordered tandoori and fried momo's, along with Afghani and Amritsari chaap; everything was so delicious and this will be my go-to spot. A must try the vegetarian option in Nassau County NY!!”
“First visit to this restaurant and definitely not the last! We tried the south indian cuisine. Both ghee roast dosa and utthappam were great! They were as close in taste to the ones that you get back in India! The chilli potato appetizer was delicious too! Definitely coming back to try more of what this place offers!..”
“Birria tacos for the win!!! Nachos could feed a small Army. New addition last summer of a bar with a ton of seats is a great little hangout. Smashburger Taco tasted like a Big Mac… but way better.”
“Ma and Pop shop that melts my heart when I’m there (2nd time going). They greet you when you come in and are the only employees there (so definitely have patience though their kindness makes up for any time waiting). Each time I’ve been there they’ve given us a complementary “starter” (2 pieces per person of a spicy, on-the-house sushi).Today we went for the lunch combo and that’s been our favorite so far since the price is good for what you get and I love that it comes with a choice of miso or salad (last time we went for dinner and I had their bulgolgi sushi which was amazing but I loved how fresh and filling their lunch special was while also being budget friendly). They even served us free dessert both times; a complementary (and beautifully cut) orange slice and half a mochi each (last time it was the vanilla mochi which I loved as it reminded me of an orange creamsicle with the orange slice but today’s was a matcha mocha that was absolutely delicious). We’ll definitely be back :)Vegetarian options: I had a sweet potato sushi roll that was so good! I also see they have avocado rolls and other rolls that are just surrounded by a single but delish vegetable.Kid-friendliness: There was a mom and her little toddler waiting for takeout; the owners not only gave them the complementary starter while they waited for their order but even a whole mochi to the toddler as she was waiting with her mom. The owners have the biggest hearts! ❤️”
“For top-notch pizza and exceptional service, head to Catusco Pizza in Huntington Station. Their pizzas are flavor-packed with a perfect crust and fresh toppings. The menu also features appetizing options, including gluten-free and vegan choices. The friendly owner makes every visit memorable. Catusco Pizza is a must-try spot in Huntington Station. (Try their vodka slice and the penne a la vodka and thank me later)”
“I drive past this place on my way to work regularly and always see the lunch specials sign. I finally decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed ! Small place but staff were super friendly and my food was delicious ! My lunch special portion was so large I had enough to save for lunch the next day. I will be back !”
“Amazing experience on a Saturday night. They put us front and center for the live pianist who was absolutely phenomenal. This is our new favorite spot in CSH without a doubt! The imported burrata was super fresh and tasteful a simple dish down right! The Cacio e Pepe for the main came with delicious Cajun chicken that was blackened perfectly. Can't wait to come back to this little gem in the heart of town.”
