Sidney was an absolutely amazing waitress. Patient with my grumbly father knowledgeable about the menu and had a great attitude. Also Very pleased with the food as the cheddar biscuits were very fresh and warm. Just melted in the mouth. I got the bacon Mac entree and Sidney was able to accommodate my request to have lobster added to the Mac. Why red lobster doesn't have a lobster Mac is beyond me but that is just a minor thought. Everything truly was a pleasant experience and it was just lively enough but not so packed you couldn't hear yourself think. Would definitely come here again. Assuming most people are familiar with Red Lobster, this was a pretty standard location. Tasty food, friendly service, great for a quick bite. If you're a fan of coconut shrimp and have never had theirs, Red Lobster is the only restaurant I know of that serves it with a Pina Colada sauce and it is heavenly. If they sold jars of this sauce, I'd be stocked up indefinitely.

So much salt in the food my heart rate reached 118. Had 3 different waitstaff. Was seated immediately but no one came to the table until the Manager noticed. Waitstaff was friendly but the way they served things was off. One was training but didn't seem to be getting much guidance. Prices have skyrocketed but the food quality was good to poor. Rice not cooked completely, way too much garlic and "butter" (mostly just oil) on the crab legs. Slow to ask if my husband wanted more of his all-you-can-eat shrimp.

Excellent service, food is always cooked the same, and very good. Have never been disappointed. Pricey though.Parking: Parking is plentiful. I have always found a spot. The handicapped parking area is right at the beginning of their ADA ramp.Kid-friendliness: Very pricey to bring your kids, but if you do, they are welcomed.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA ramp if needed at entrance.

Customer service was terrible, we placed an order for pick up and were waiting for our food but when we decided to wait in the car, one of the employees stopped us and told is that we left the table without cleaning although we didn’t eat anything and it is their job to clean the tables after customers. Very disappointed. Not coming back here again!
