“We stopped in on our way to the arts center and we’re blown away! The vibe was great, and so was the food….. what stole the show though; our waitress Barbara! It was honestly so nice to see her work and do her thing with the customers. She was so attentive to us and really was so kind. Helped us through the menu and thanks to her we really loved the Ricky Bobby wings. If your considering a place in town- this is IT!”
“I had no idea the restaurant had changed. Last time I was there, it was the Tressle. I absolutely LOVE the absence and decor of the restaurant and bar. Everything is electric blue and a little eclectic. The menu even has back lighting! Every menu needs this feature. The piano keys across the piano room was my favorite. Evidently, they also.habe live music on occasion. We only got drinks and apps and sat at the bar. We decided on Bang bang shrimp and Tempura Fried Cauliflower. Both were delicious... we had to get a second Cauliflower. The drinks were great and the bar tender took fabulous car of us. I will definitely be back for dinner.”
“Wonderful local spot for authentic Mexican food. From the basic rice and beans to their slow cooked mole enchiladas, I've always enjoyed eating at Las Margaritas. The service can get a little slow when they get busy, but it's a great little restaurant that serves delicious food!”
“Delicious and Intimate. A gem hidden in a cozy building near the bandstand in Cornwall on Hudson. Municipal parking is ample and the food and service are perfection. I had the branzino on risotto, and tasted my companion's grilled salmon with the best capers. I also had a bite of the chicken Marsala made with sweet Marsala wine. All of the food was amazing. And although the restaurant was at capacity, we never felt rushed. Wonderful special occasion night out. The outside dining in the summer is also a treat.”
“Garry and his staff were excellent.I went there for the first time with my family they were very happy with the service and the food. I recommend this place and the price is right ?”
“One of my favorite tea spots in NYC! They have the best blends that are not only delicious but also presented BEAUTIFULY. A great place to meet a friend or get some work done. Their teas are also delicious at home and make great gifts.”
“I got takeout and these were the best tacos I've ever had. The gentleman working was very kind and was willing to make vegetarian-friendly tacos for me. They were delicious! I'll definitely come again.Vegetarian options: I requested a vegetarian taco and they made it happen! (:”
“Love this place! Coffee is delicious and service even better. Everyone so friendly and so many options to customize how you’d like. Coffee far surpasses the big chains and feels good supporting local.”
“This is the best coffee shop in Beacon! Quality coffee and unique options for different drinks including seasonal options. The staff is warm and knowledgeable ready to recommend something if you want to try something new.”
“Great prices, super friendly family that runs the place. They have good good at an affordable price. They have plenty of options when it comes to drinks. Lots of snacks and good food options too. Good wings”
“It was a dreary and rainy night traveling on 17M. My granddaughter and I saw the sign and decided to take a look. Atmosphere was warm, very clean and the staff very friendly. We decided to stay and the food was delicious. However, half way through our meal a woman and her male companion approximately in her 50’s walked in unaided, no cane, no crutch, no apparent prosthetic and completely mobile and began to complain to the manager that when they drove up someone was parked in the handicap parking spot without a handicap plate or sticker. She said that she had a handicap sticker and was unable to park. The manager apologized and looked but both spots were empty! However, the woman persisted to complain that it’s his duty and responsibility to make sure that if someone parks in that spot without a permit that he should have them removed. The manager again apologized but added he wouldn’t be able to constantly monitor the parking lot while running the restaurant and added that it most likely was someone coming for pickup. He asked her why she didn’t park behind the vehicle and come in and bring it to his attention. The woman was enraged saying she would never do business with the restaurant again and walked out with her male companion! I watched as they walked across the parking lot without a limp, perfectly mobile, no aid of a cane, crutch or apparent prosthetic and I wondered what disability either of them had that allowed them to have a disabled stricken.”
“We've been visiting since they opened and it's such a beautiful place to sip and relax. Love that they make seasonal flavors. Their watermelon boba probably is my favorite when in season, definitely give it a try!”
“I absolutely love this place! The owner and staff are so kind and really know how to make a healthy and yummy smoothie! Lots of options for those who are gluten free/dairy free! Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options!”
“Excellent cafe with delicious food, drinks, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Pick from a wide selection of books to read while enjoying your beverage, or buy a mystery book!Parking: Park right in front of cafe”
“We love Rosie's! The owners are just so warm and friendly. The food is always fresh and yummy. My wife loves the fried zucchini sticks and Meatball Sliders. I like everything at Rosie's. Go and enjoy an excellent meal in a classic pizza restaurant setting.”
“Very nice ambiance and the food is not only delicious but the presentation matches! Love the chicken and waffles the steak and eggs the Brussel sprouts and every dish I've tried so far! A must try”
“Interesting corner watering hole and restaurant. Went for lunch. Burger , soup, and BLT were very good. Big mixed menu. Good beer selection.Definitely will go back when in Newburgh.”
“The food here was delicious. We had the Beast platter, 1/2 lb brisket, 1/2 lb pulled pork, 6 wings, 1/2 rack of some kind of delicious Korean ribs, 3 different sausages and ghost pepper tacos on the side. Don't be afraid of the ghost pepper dishes. The chef here knows how to add the heat and not over do it. IMO, anyone giving a bad review, just doesn't appreciate smoked BBQ.”
“We’ve been coming here for years. Carlos is great and always so friendly. You can tell he really cares about his customers and restaurant. The food is excellent every time and they make you feel like family.”
“I've been here twice and each time it's been incredible. The atmosphere is lovely and low-key, the service is prompt and helpful, and the food is GREAT. The spicy Himalayan chicken is the perfect blend of spice and flavor, the soups are all comforting, and the momos, as you might expect are out of this world. A great way to end your day in Beacon, I heartily recommend it.”
“I'm so glad I finally got to this location! I love that it's a BlackOwned spot with good food and good drinks. Folks really care about the food and this place is very intentional. Great portions, too!”
“Want a trip in a time-machine back 50 years, but still want to be able to pay with a credit card? This place is CLASSIC! Really a time-capsule and super friendly. Plus a burger that rivals 5-Guys or Shake Shack for sure!”
“5 star diner. Greeted with smiling faces. Diner gives old school vibes but high class at the same time. Server was very polite. Had the steak and eggs . Steak was cooked how I wanted it and had a mouth watering flavor. Was beyond happy to have stopped.Parking: Truck parking in the back.”
“Pretty good sushi joint in the Newburgh area. The nagiri salmon over rice is a little bit expensive at $3 a piece. They call it a la carte on the receipt it still seems too much. The taste though is really good and fresh. Another downside is the menu is kind of a little backwards. It's a little bit confusing to navigate.”
“Myself and my Brother in law went in for lunch. First thing I noticed was how clean everything was with a great atmosphere. We both got wings with the psycho sauce. Absolutely amazing! Great flavor. Cooked perfect with a good kick of spicy heat. We both agreed probably the best wings either of us ever had!. Also a great selection of drafts and bottles! Cornwall is lucky to have "The Rock" in their town!”
“Really great place. Been wanting to come here for awhile. Food was excellent as was the service. We had a variety of tacos and they were all quite good. My favorite was the Korean bbq short rib. Definitely worth the visit. We will be back.”
“Best bubble tea in Orange County hands down. Owner and staff are so pleasant and I love the variety of options and cute decor. I stop in anytime I'm in the town.”
“I was impressed with the quality of the ice cream. It's absolutely delicious. I love the coffee and cookies and the rum raisin especially. Susie's a nice person”
“Both my husband and I don’t get out much these days with two small children so when we finally had a date night we wanted to try il traverna. It was absolutely beautiful inside the food was wonderful the drinks were okay. I only say that because i definitely ordered the wrong drink. Next date night we would 100% go back and recommend it for anyone to try.”
“Not typical to visit an ice cream shop during the winter season but that will never stop me. It was our first visit and we were not disappointed. The ice cream was smooth, rich and creamy. Not a trace of frost bitten chunks. They offer more than just ice cream which is appealing such as crepes, breakfast sandwiches to salads. My son was happy and enjoyed his ice cream and even commented on the creaminess. We will definitely be returning in the future.”
