Every time I request extra onions on my sandwiches, they place a sticker on the sandwich but never get extra onions. I have even explained to the person taking my order that this has happened many times with assurances but no results. Other than that, they have a quality product and great customer service.
The manager here was so attentive to my needs. I tried ordering from the kiosk first and canceled because it wasn't giving me the deal I wanted but the app said it was valid but since I tried using it at the kiosk it said i used the promo(which wasn't true)so instead I went up to the counter and explained the situation and the manager didn't even make a fuss and gave me the promo which was awesome?Parking: There's so much parking going around the building
