“We tried here again after about a year. Well not any better.We asked for well done brugers, we got very Red. The big pretzel was hard and came in two pieces. We will Never eat again. Maybe they care if you dine in, but for sure they could care less if you get it delivered!!! The food is not good!!”

“Me and some friends were looking to find a new Chicken spot and we were absolutely blown away. This place is amazing, The sandwiches were amazing their fried chicken was great. The Corn bread was probably the best I have ever had. The sauces were the star of the show though, every good spot needs good sauces and they delivered. The owner for no reason other then just being a great guy gave us free corn bread and fried chicken (please don't hound them for free things). I have already been back again and plan to keep going back.”

“I ordered superbowl catered food from Riley Fibbers in East Islip. The whole process was seamless. I placed my order earlier in the week, paid, and was asked what time I'd like to pick my order up. When I arrived to pick up my order they had a server in charge of all the to go orders and everything was ready and waiting. All trays, and containers were clearly labeled. The portions were great and all the food was delicious. I frequent this location often knowing the large range of drinks and beer on tap, the owners and employees are great and pleasant, and all their food including their specials are always delicious! Go check them out, there are 2 locations in East Islip and Selden.”

“What a find! When a little snow scares off lesser cafes from opening, Hometown pulls up the slack. Old school rugged mindsets and hearty meals for more than reasonable prices.I'm glad my usual breakfast stop was closed, Hometown is my new favorite!Eggs bacon toast and coffee done right. Came out fast after ordering. You cant go wrong.Fabulous service. I noted everyone knew customers names as they entered. That is a great sign. It was like being at an aunts home or at Grandma's.Cozy place with a fireplace going too!Forget the diners, hometown is the perfect stop.”

“I've lived in the area for years and never been inside this place until two weeks ago. The inside of the establishment has this classy old-school charm about it. It was a tiny bit confusing because they had the podium in the front by the door and the sign on it said to wait there I noticed everybody walked in anyway so I just went. Maybe they can hide that somewhere else until it's that time of the night or something? Anyway, one of my favorites slices is the grandma slice and I had to try theirs because it was suggested over and over to me by many people. So after finally trying one slice, I ended up buying a whole pie and taking it home. Yes, it's a tiny bit expensive in comparison to the other places locally but the quality of pie is worth the extra money. If you want to be taken back in time and enjoy a great slice then come here.”

“So happy we found this place. Were always looking for great Pizza nice crust not too thick. So many different choices always ready & the specialty rolls, capellini cakes are so delish.. and everything is a fair price especially for the good quality you get.They give back alot to those whom may need help as well and that means something to have a business give back to the community. Were not even local but drive over every week for our take out & always pop in when we are passing through.Everyone's always friendly and counter help always knows whats out so they are helpful to suggest thigs to try..”

“Ice cream was fantastic as usual. My only issues were the young man covered in syrup and stuff all over his arms, just gross. Not to mention the bathroom, it was disgusting. Even the door knob was nasty, I didn't want to touch it.”

“We were promptly shown to our table and the chef/owner came over to welcome us. The passion for his food was evident. The lobster bisque was highly recommended in the reviews and they were 100% right. The best I've had with big lumps of lobster meat. Everything else was as delicious and enjoyed by everyone.
